The Destin - Miramar Beach area is well known for it's Soft, Powder like white sand, Crystal clear Waters and deservingly called the Emerald Coast.

Welcoming Covered Front porch with seating for Relaxing afternoons sipping Ice Cold Tea or perhaps that Adult Beverage you like after a fun day at the Beach. Living room has a sofa and 3 Chairs. 65" Roku TV is sure to please. Walk on our to the back porch off of the Living area for more gathering space and a private gas grill for cooking up the catch of the day. Master bedroom has a king bed with 43" Roku TV and Private bath offers a Garden tub, Separate Shower and Double Vanity. Master bedroom also has access to the back porch. Guest Bedroom #1 has a King bed and a 55" Roku TV and en-suite bath with large walk in shower. Guest Bedroom #2 is fun for the kiddos with 2 bunks = 4 twin beds. You'll also find another 55" Roku TV in this room. The dining area is open to the living room for socializing with friends and family. The Kitchen also overlooks the dining area. Kitchen offers beautiful Stainless appliances and tons of cookware for family meals. Full Size Washer and Dryer are also a great asset to this home.

The Destin area has been long known as the "Luckiest Fishing Village in the World". Hop on a Charter boat for some Deep Sea Fishing in the Gulf of Mexico, or do some Surf fishing on your own at the beach. Water Sports are abundant, from Jet Ski, Kayak, Paddle Boarding, Scuba Diving or Snorkeling. Swimming and Sunbathing of course are on top of the “to do” list here. You can rent a Boat for a fun filled day on the water at Crab Island, which is a must do. Anchor your boat up along many other boats, hop out into the water and stroll around in waist deep water. Bring some Floats with you too. There’s a huge Bouncy platform to play on right in the middle of the mix.
There is so much to offer in our area. Beautiful scenery, Golfing, Tennis, shop till you drop and great dining. There’s plenty of out door dining so you can enjoy the beauty of the Beach while you munch and sip.
