Four smart TVs, Wi-Fi, deluxe cable package with DVR, furnished lanai w/ view, washer/dryer, linens/towels, central A/C, ceiling fan, spacious closets, fully equipped kitchen.
OUTDOOR: Enjoy the heated swimming pool, splash pad, BBQ grill and playground in addition to all that Anna Maria Island has to offer with its sugar sand beaches and dining opportunities. The location is fantastic, one mile to beautiful beaches, restaurants, parks, and entertainment. Outdoor activities include walking trails of Robinson Preserve! The condo building sits on the intercoastal waterway of the Anna Maria Island Sound and has direct access to a marina and dock for boating. You can bring your own boat and keep it at the marina that adjoins our property (not included in rent).
PARKING: Gated community with an assigned parking space under the building as well as a storage unit for beach supplies. Beach supplies include beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and beach cart.

Although I could go on and on what an awesome condo this is, believe me when I say it was perfect! From the moment you step into the door, you can feel the Beach vibe and the relaxing atmosphere. With 3bedrooms /baths , it was perfect for our family! The kitchen is fully stocked, with cooking spices and all the utensils, dishes you would ever need! The beds were super comfortable and plenty of fresh thick towels were provided. We loved the beach accessories and even a beach cart to carry the cooler &chairs provided. We loved playing family games on the lanai after a fun beach day. The sunrise view from the lanai were just beautiful over the lake in the morning! We enjoyed the pool & kids splash pad that was within steps with all the towels provided. Since it’s only a short drive to the beach area, we were able to enjoy the sand and sunsets after cooking a delicious dinner on the community grill. We loved the proximity to the Compass hotel for happy hour and good food & sunsets at Floridays, but the AMI restaurants are fantastic! Thanks for a wonderful relaxing family vacation!

I stayed at this incredible condo for 6 weeks. It was absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The grounds are beautiful and it was a super bonus to have a great restaurant within walking distance.

We absolutely loved our stay! Our son and his family that live in Knoxville, TN and we don't get to see often met us there and we had a wonderful time. The pool and splash pad we a great hit with the kids and very close by. My favorite place was the screened in lanai, It has view of the lake and is perfect for watching the sun come up with your coffee in hand. The location is perfect for access to Anna Maria Island as well as points of interest in Bradenton/Tampa/Sarasota. If you have kiddos, we recommend Sarasota Jungle Gardens, our little ones loved it! We also loved Coquina Beach and Bayfront Park/Beach on Anna Maria Island. The condo is very well supplied from beach towels to what you need if you choose to stay in and cook. The price was very reasonable as well. Thanks for helping us to have a great visit!

All I can say is if there were 10 stars I would rate 395 Aruba Circle, Unit 302 a 10!! This condo is everything the pictures represent and more! We stayed over 4 weeks from the end of January - February 28, 2021 and never had an issue. All furnishings are top notch, beds are very comfy, the condo is roomy and extremely clean. The lanai is also a great addition as it overlooks the lake on the property. Location is perfect for everything you want to do while visiting Anna Maria Island. We loved it so much we already rented for 2022!! Do not hesitate to stay at this property at One Particular Harbour, Margaritaville - you will be glad you did!!!!!

Lena S.Perfect family friendly beach condo!
We had a great time at this property. While it's not quite on Ana Marie Island it is so very close and you get to enjoy all the great (and new) amenities of the building as well. The place was very clean and had all the necessary kitchen items which is not always the case in vacation rentals. I was very happy! It was a bit cold when we were there but the patio would have been perfect for warmer weather. We'll be back soon!

This was our third time visiting Anna Maria Island as well as our third time booking with Morgan. She is always just a text away and makes things so simple. The condo is BEAUTIFUL, inviting, and made us feel at home. Sitting out on the lanai was our favorite thing to do after a long day at the beach. The condo also has a storage with all of your beach needs. We loved walking over to the marina to watch the sunsets. Floridays Tiki Hut is just a 5 minute walk with a fun atmosphere and a beautiful view of the water. We cannot wait to go back.The Murphys.P.S. The Monkey Bus is a great way to get over to Anna Maria Island and they will pick you up at the gate

There are so many wonderful things to say about this property that the review would be endless! From the beginning thru the end, Morgan and the owner as well were in constant contact. When I mentioned “you may want to think about heavier blankets or a different pillow for the next guests,” a set of blankets and pillows arrived on the doorstep! The decor is so pretty, the beds so comfortable, the convenience to the beach, the 10 second walk to the pools, the really nice community to walk/run in everyday, the covered garage, etc...You name it and it awaits you at this fantastic home! I am due to head back there in fact very soon! That’s how much we loved it!

We had a wonderful time at the condo. Morgan was great to work with and was responsive to any of our needs before, during and after our stay. The location cannot be beat. We typically stay on Anna Maria Island but due to traffic our drive to some of our favorite spots was even quicker staying here. The condo is well stocked with everything you need, the beach chairs and umbrella are fantastic! The amenities at the condo complex are fantastic, we had them to ourselves pretty much any time we went down. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend booking with Morgan.
