LIVING AREAS

This beautifully appointed oceanfront home features an open floor plan with abundant natural light, Terrazzo floors, and modern decor.

In the living area, an Italian leather sectional sofa accommodates guests in front of the 55" 4K UHD TV. An adjoining sunroom offers a cushioned wicker sofa and love seat -- a great spot to kick back and take in the incredible vistas.

KITCHEN & DINING

The well-equipped kitchen is complete with a full suite of stainless steel appliances - including a five-burner stove and a side-by-side fridge.

When it's time to eat, gather at the breakfast bar or four or five-person dining table.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This single-story home sleeps up to eight guests in three bedrooms, each offering beautiful ocean views and direct access to the patio.

Find quiet privacy in the master bedroom, replete with a king bed, 55" TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Both guest bedrooms have two queen beds, one of which includes a 55" TV. Across the hall, the guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

An additional half bath provides added convenience.

OUTDOOR AREAS

With gorgeous ocean views and comfy seating, the patio is a fantastic spot to unwind after a sun-soaked day. Fire up the gas grill and enjoy dinner outside. Play a game of outdoor shuffleboard on your very own court. As evening falls, gather around the fire pit and roast marshmallows under the stars.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS

Four kayaks, two bikes, and two paddleboards are provided. This home also includes cable TV, a washer/dryer, beach umbrellas, a Pack 'n Play, luggage racks, and parking for up to two cars in the driveway.

While complimentary Wi-Fi is available, the connection can be spotty due to slow speeds in the Florida Keys.

The property doesn't have a dock or on-site boat parking. Kayaks can be launched via a small seawall. Bicycle availability is subject to any maintenance issues.

All leases require a minimum 7-day term. Airbnb does not collect the 5% County tax. We will be sending a separate payment request for that shortly before arrival.

Marathon offers almost everything you will need and conveniently located.
