Be prepared to experience awesome views. Great condominium on 20th floor facing the pristine stretch of beach on the Gulf of Mexico. This is heaven on earth. Watch the sunset each evening as you relax... you will not be disappointed. We have WiFi and smart TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. All of our TVs have both been updated to include Smart TV functionality with features like Netflix, Spotify, etc. We also provide beach chairs, umbrellas and towels for you use while you stay.

We visit our condo frequently so we are always trying to keep our condo updated. Many of our other returning guests always mention how something is different each time they return. So far, we have added a Bose sound system, 3 TVs with Smart TV functionality, new washer and dryer, new flooring, and new furniture.

-On rare occasions, I may be able to waive the minimum length of stay. This might occur when I have gaps in between 2 reservations or during the off season. It never hurts to ask!
-We offer monthly leases from November until the first day of spring. Lease requires a minimum of 30 nights to qualify for the monthly rate. $2800 rental rate + $75 check in fee + $145 cleaning fee + 11.5% sales tax
-Rates are always subject to change until you have paid your damage deposit.
-Amenity Fees are added to all reservations based on the season.

About the owner: We first visited the Emerald Coast when Weihsiung and I (Hong) got married in 1992 and we fell in love with this area. We are a family of avid travelers as you can tell in the photo above. In the above photo, I was in Nærøyfjord, Norway which is one of the largest inland fjords in the world. When we are not at the beach condo, we are off exploring other parts of the world. To date, we have traveled to over thirty countries across Europe, Asia, South America, and the Caribbean. One of my proudest accomplishments in raising my children has been instilling our love for travel in them while also teaching them how to do it on a budget. Through all the beaches we have seen around the world, I have never seen anything as beautiful as this stretch of beach on the Emerald Coast.
I, Hong, grew up and went to school in the one of the fastest growing cities in the world - Shanghai, China, where I originally worked as an electrical engineer at Siemens building the ever expanding metro system in Shanghai, which is now the largest in the world. My husband, Weihsiung, was born and grew up in the now vibrant city of Tainan, Taiwan. We are currently based in the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia and have two grown children.
Why this property? We bought this property because of the amazing scenery located right outside the window. You won't find these sugar white sands and emerald green waters anywhere else in the world. We've seen many other beaches around the world, and believe it or not, the beaches on the Florida panhandle are hard to beat. Can you find sugar white sands at Santa Monica Beach in Los Angeles? Waking up during the morning and seeing that sun start shining its abundant light onto the gleaming sand is not something everyone in the world is able to see. Plus, Portofino offers such great amenities. How many resorts do you know that has seven swimming pools in one resort? After a long day on the beach, you can return to your room with just the soft sound of waves crashing against the shore. My absolute favorite part of Portofino Island is the seclusion. It is located a little farther in on the island, which means you get peace and quiet while still being close to the commercial strip.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the resort sit on the gulf?
No, the resort sits on the sound-side and there is a small two lane street to cross, however there is now a crosswalk with flashing lights so that going to the beach is an easy, pain-free, and safe process.
Do you provide beach chairs and beach towels?
Yes, we do! However, the chairs and towels we provide are located inside the condo and will need to be carried back-and-forth between the condo and the beach. The blue chairs and umbrellas set-up by Premier Island Management Group are NOT included in your rental rates and are an extra charge.
Are you able to provide discounts on stays longer than 7 nights?
Yes, we typically do so during the off season. Please contact us if you are looking to stay between the months of November through the end of February; we may have a great deal for you! We usually do not give discounts during the busy season.
Do you offer monthly leases?
Yes, we offer monthly leases for the months of November through February. You must stay for at least 30 days to qualify for the monthly rate.

We stayed at the Regency towers for a week in August 2021. We liked the self service style high rise building and the beachfront access we had. Great views, condo was nice - our only complaint was the closet style doors in the bathroom and bedroom. Very minor - overall, we enjoyed our stay and would go here again if we came back to Pensacola.

Our stay at this 20th floor condo did not disappoint. The condo is beautiful...bright and airy. It is totally equipped with many amenities...the kitchen and fridge and oven are clean and usable. Many utensils to aide cooking as well as dishes and glassware. The pool amenities: beach chairs and many beach towels abound. The washer and dryer and dishwasher are in great working condition. The best part was indoor parking...the worst part: the TV cable was not user friendly. Wifi is perfect.
