Our 2 bedroom home includes a queen in the master with a full ensuite and walk in closet, a king bed in the guest room with a second full bathroom and a pull out queen bed in the living room. Washer and dryer are included, along with WiFi and a DVD player. The kitchen, bathroom and bedding are all well equipped. The large screened lanai includes a BBQ for grilling,and lots of seating. There are several bicycles available for your use. The community heated pool is available for use. No pets. No Smoking.
Located in Tarpon Springs, 30 minutes NW of Tampa Bay, we are located on the beautiful Pinellas Trail that is both a biking and walking trail to take you as far as St. Petersburg Beach if you like. We are minutes to the downtown area and the famous Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks. There are numerous beaches available within 10 to 20 minutes, many styles of restaurants and taverns nearby, kayaking, museums, tourist attractions, shopping, many many golf courses.....and more.

Why this property? We love this property because of its location. It is close to several beaches, endless shopping, the famous Sponge Docks and Pinellas Trail. We have no rear neighbors and the community is very clean, safe and private. There really is so much to do in this area of the state!
