About the Property
In 2020 this home was purchased by new homeowners who have turned it into a vacation rental property. All furniture, linens, dishes, etc., are new. Every detail has been addressed in this beautiful home in the quiet Pine Valley area of Rotonda West. The lanai faces a calming pond and nature abounds.
The home is a split floor plan. The master bedroom has king size bed, 32" smart TV, walk-in closet. The bedroom opens to the lanai. Master bath contains soaking tub and roman shower. There are 2 guest bedrooms, queen size bed in each. Separate bathroom for the guest bedrooms. There is a 3rd bath accessible to the lanai. The house has triple zone air conditioning for everyone's comfort.
The kitchen is very large with every appliance that you could you possibly need. A separate dining area for those rare evenings where you may want to sit inside for your dining pleasure. Full laundry facilities. 3 car garage.
The lanai boasts a beautiful pool with a water feature and a connecting sauna. The pool is electrically and solar heated. Beautiful views of the lake and sunset. A BBQ grill is just outside the lanai.
Two bicycles are available.
Area Information
Sea Turtle Cottage is close to Englewood Beach, Boca Grande Beach, 5 public golf courses in Rotonda West, major shopping within 20 minutes. Many local artist shops. Fishing, boating, jet skiing, kayaking are close by. Several other beaches nearby along with their beach bars and restaurants. Several bike paths in Rotonda West as well as just outside our boundaries.

About the owner: We have been traveling to Florida for about 40 years.. Our home provides us with easy access to all that we love about mid and southern Florida, From five great golf courses in this area, to great “Gulf” opportunities just a short drive away. Some of the best and most beautiful beaches in Florida as-well as nearby marinas for boat rental and fishing excursions. When we found Rotonda West we decided it was the type of place we could call home. We are also a short drive to the best theme parks in the world, including Busch Gardens, Universal Studios, Sea World and Walt Disney World. We are a mere 3 hours from the space coast if viewing an occasional launch is something of interest. This home provides us and our guest alike the chance to explore the best of Florida, and will be our retirement home.
Why this property? We chose this home because it is within a reasonable driving distance to everything we would like to access. It offers the style of a beach side estate home, and has the ultimate in view and privacy.

Paradise
This home has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The pool and spa off of the Lanai is beautiful and so relaxing. All new furnishings throughout with very comfortable beds made our stay perfect. The Neighborhood is peaceful and quiet but easily accessible to shopping, restaurants, etc. within a 5-10 minute drive. Great communication with the homeowners Brad and Cindi! We will definitely be coming back.
