There’s a full-size stainless refrigerator and microwave, white cabinetry, solid surface counters, a breakfast bar that seats 2 and a comfy sofa and large, flatscreen TV. Elegant and perfect with a connecting door to the main apartment.

Up a flight of stairs into the main living area on the second floor. Tile floors are throughout this spacious, open floor plan which belies the fact you are in a townhouse.  The kitchen affords the chef-of-the-day room for helping hands for meal preparations.  Beautiful wood cabinetry, granite counters and stainless appliances round out this space.  The dining area is designed for easy flow and comfortable seating for your whole family.  The living area sports cottage-style furnishings and a large, flatscreent TV with sliding doors out to the lovely covered patio. There is also a half-bath on this level.  

If you need a quiet spot to indulge in a good book or just for some quiet reflection time, come up to the 3rd-floor master suite.  Here you’ll find a king bed with flat screened tv, an ensuite bath with his-n-hers sinks topped with granite counters, a large soaking tub and a separate glassed shower. 

The 3rd bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bath and is also located on this level.
