Unique Benefits

WELCOME, SAILOR

You found it. A place to drop anchor.

Nautical Landings is your haven from the stormy winds of life. It's a place to taste the salty sea breeze and watch the dolphins glide along a crest. Nautical Landings s your place to reconnect with family, relax with friends, and rejuvenate yourself.

So, climb aboard! Your suite is ready and waiting for you.

Why Kids Love It

When in Florida, you gotta hit the beaches. It's a rule! And Dunedin has two of the best along the entire Gulf Coast: Honeymoon Island and Caladesi Island. At Honeymoon, you can rent water sports equipment, collect shells or grab a grouper sandwich in the beachfront snack shack. Then, climb aboard the ferry or take one of our kayaks to Caladesi, one of Florida's protected barrier islands, to enjoy one of the most beautiful natural beaches you'll ever see.

Pools

Tired of the beach? Take the kids to the Kiwanis Sprayground and public pool at Highlander Park to enjoy a sand-free day! Or, head to Ozona Blue, our neighborhood restaurant and pool within just a mile of our front door. Have restless little ones? Edgewater Park's playground will cure them of the jitters.

Fishing and Boats

If your older kids are itching for some fun, then try a fishing expedition with Clearwater Inshore Fishing! Or, rent a sailboat, paddleboards or jet skis within easy walking distance of Nautical Landings.

More Good Times

From touring the sponge docks of Tarpon Springs to enjoying a crazy theme-park day at Busch Gardens in Tampa to cheering on the Dunedin Blue Jays, you'll have plenty of opportunities to have a blast with the family.

Area Information

Sure, lying on the beach is amazing and all, but if you'd like a more active vacation, then Dunedin has everything you need.

Sometimes, golfing is just what the doctor ordered. Schedule your tee time at the Dunedin Country Club or the Stirling Links for a quiet afternoon on the back nine. St. Andrew's par three course is always an option, too!

Or, climb onto a bicycle (we can provide a list of rentals) and head to the Pinellas trail - it's right outside our door! - for an adventure-packed bike ride through quaint downtown cityscapes and scenic coastal areas.

Our kayaks are always available. Hop aboard (don't forget the shoes!) and check out the outlying islands in St. Joseph's Sound or meander through the mangroves along Caladesi's shoreline.

Looking for a family gym pass during your stay? Dunedin Family Fitness is just around the corner and offers free trials and short-term passes.

You can run along the Honeymoon Causeway. You can pick up a game of sand volleyball at Clearwater Beach. You can swim the ocean waters right off the dock. Whatever your passion, there's an activity for you to fully enjoy your stay!

Favorite Places To Eat

Dunedin is filled with delectable dining spots specializing in fresh, local fare. The Island Outpost, within walking distance, is an open-air restaurant serving contemporary American cuisine. Try the mahi mahi; it's divine! If you head downtown, just two short miles away, you can enjoy the flavors of Mexico at Casa Tina's, serving authentic "south of the border" dishes. Or, head to the Old Bay Cafe for casual, waterfront dining, The Black Pearl for an elegant date night, or The Living Room, for gourmet tapas-style food in an elegant, Old World setting.

Don't forget to stop by The Lucky Dill in Palm Harbor, either. You'll never forget their gourmet sandwiches, incredible breakfasts and gooey, fresh-baked pastries.

Bon Appetit!

Very Nice Condo steps from the water

My husand and I had a nice relaxing stay here. The condo is part of a 4 plex with a shared dock, but each unit also has its own deck area with furniture. It has a great waterview and kayaks available to use. Remember to bring water shoes though. We found the condo clean and well stocked. It is within walking distance to Walgreen, publix and a few restaurants. The honeymoon island park with beach is just farther up on the causeway to enjoy or the location is close driving distance as well to other beaches. The bike trail is great and we rented bikes for the day in Dunedin. We found the king bed comfortable and would stay here again.

Good choice

Excellent customer service. The Bridge was comfortable and relaxing. Views from the balcony or the pier were beautiful. Gorgeous sunsets. The Dunedin Causeway has walking lanes with access to beaches. Leads right to Honeymoon Island. For me, the statement that you can kayak to Caladesi Island is optimistic . I took the ferry which was enjoyable.

Best vacation home, ever!

I can not say enough good things about this place. It was clean. It was roomy. It had all the extras you would need in a rental. Plus bikes, kayaks and a beautiful dock area!
