Loggerhead Lodge – 4 Bedrooms + Cottage, Sunroom, 4 Baths (Sleeps 2-10)

Loggerhead Lodge is directly on large private sandy beach. Kids will enjoy playing in the sand, and the adults will enjoy watching the ocean. Plus, you will definitely see lots of wildlife ranging from porpoises, manatees, tarpon, snook and egrets. The minimum age of the principal renter is 25 and families with children are welcome. Events such as weddings can be considered and allowed at this wonderful setting.

The 4 bedrooms have the following attributes: Master Bedroom 1 king with en-suite bath; Guest room 1 Queen; Guest room 2: queen; bunk room has 2 double, 2 twin/single; the 2 bunk bed are twin over twin and full over full. The cottage sun-room has a full size sleep sofa and the bedroom has a king bed. We provide a pack and play.also.There are four bathrooms.; The Master bath has toilet and shower.The guest bath has toilet with combination tub/shower The cottage bath has toilet and shower. The Cabana Bath has toilet, shower. Shower is Spa Shower – multiple body sprays. Please use the outdoor shower to rinse of by the beach/dock. The cooking utensils are designed for the Chef: all cooking gear is high end Cuisinart. We can work with you to provide professional caterers if requested. A full kitchen – includes all stainless steal appliances to round out the offering. The Dining table seats 8 and there are 6 counter stools .The Living Room seats 10 : There are 2 large couches and sitting chairs surrounding the flat screen TV.

There is plenty of parking for cars and boat trailers .Parking on the property and next to the house There is a fire pit on the beach. We also provide a two sea kayaks, life vests .Some board games are available. All the TVs are Flat Screens and the service is Comcast network; DVD Player and Stereo as well. Wireless is provided throughout the property, Free Long Distance : Free calls in the USA and wireless Internet : The Pool over looks the lagoon with the most amazing views of the ocean There is a screen porch overlooking the ocean. Additionally, there are stairs to a large crow’s nest above the house with the most dramatic views of the island and ocean. The ground floor lanai – provides a wonderful area to relax from the sun in one of the beach chairs while you enjoy the outdoor Grill for your fresh catch.

Location View: Since we are directly on the ocean – dabble your toes in the ocean and watch of porpoises jump at sunset.The only thing between you and the Bahamas is 100 miles of ocean. The views are the best in the Keys. You have unobstructed views of the ocean, and the from crow’s nest – the island. You have your own private “beach”. Enjoy the privacy. The Marathon area provides the best of the Keys. You are close enough to Key West for day trip, you have the best fishing of any Key due to the currents flows, and the diving is second to none. We are also close to Pennekamp if a day trip there is desired. The home is absolutely perfect for family reunions and couples looking to just get away.
