This vacation home is located in The Hamlet at West Haven, a gated resort community, only 9 miles from Disney, minutes to Champions Gate Golf course. After a fun filled day at the Disney theme parks or on the golf course, what would be better than a swim in the southeast facing swimming pool and soaked in the spa, or relaxing in the lounger from the huge balcony overlooking the pool area and open space right in the backyard!
This 3200 square feet villa The large master suite with a king-size bed and its own private bathroom, leads to the huge balcony overlooking the swimming pool/spa. Two other suites and four more guest rooms with one king, three queen beds and four twin beds, and two queen-size sofa sleepers, sleeps up to 18 people. 7TVs and free WIFI are provided.
Golf: The massive and exclusive new golf resorts of Champions Gate and Reunion are only 2 minutes away.

We had a family of 16 all together for our vacation in one house and it was fantastic! Each of us had our own bed and space that it was not crowded at all. Enjoyed a few days at the home using the pool/spa soaking up the sun. Location is ideal, close to everything from shopping, Disney, Universal and the beach! Easy booking process and good communication

This “LUXURY HOME” it is a far cry from luxury it is very run down and disappointing compared to as advertised. Our time spent in the home was clean and enjoyable but not as expected for “luxury” we live in a modest home and I my opinion it is much more luxurious. I’d be more inclined to compare it to the run down state of public housing.The master bathroom has a few concerns. There is heavy water damage under the left vanity the tile on the shower floor was damaged and poorly repaired and the double vanity light fixture flickers and is rusty. All in all the bathroom functions ok but is very out dated and in need of professional repair and updating.Master bedroom walkout/ balcony hand rusted and broken furniture heavy staining on decking and a rusted celling fan that only worked intermittently.Living room furniture warn and grungy. Dining room furniture warn and mismatched.Pool and hot tub floor damaged especially the stairs. The pool lights are non-operational and the tub jets are non-operational. Patio furniture was outdated and grungy; damaged indoor / outdoor carpet and heavy staining on the back patio.Broken light fixture in the front entrance; careless paint touch up and many paint defects throughout the houseAll and all this house was nothing like the advertisement made it sound like and the pictures posted are a clear misrepresentation of its current condition.

Everything worn bad. Kitchen pans bad shape. Outside carpet beyond worn out. One bedroom plugs not working. Light bulbs in kitchen replaced with wrong size bulbs making room dim. Sweeper didn’t work this was replaced by maintenance when reported. House was clean. Very nice pool area. Great to be able to use garage. Location great. Electric grill not the best.

First and for most I would like to thank Mrs. Ann and Gary with helping us booked our trip at our wonderful Villa home in Orlando Florida. This was my family and i first time staying in a house/villa. Everything was perfect. The rooms bathrooms the space of the house the pool just everything and etc. We have been going to Orlando for the last three years and this by far is our number one spot. We went threw Vrbo app. So please whatever you do if you are planning a vacation to Orlando Florida amd looking to stay in a nice gated community area book it with Mrs. Ann and Mr. Gary they are great and would people and we will be returning next summer. We were looking for a last minute rental for 2 weeks, and Ann worked with us to get us in. The house was great, well furnished and in a nice neighborhood. The pool and spa were perfect entertainment for our kids. I would highly recommend for any family staying in the area, and wouldn't hesitate to rent again if we get back to Florida!

Stayed at Ann & Gary's house for a few weeks in December. Really comfortable and livable house, in a secure, quiet neighborhood close to everything (golf, restaurants, supermarket, etc.). Pool and spa were terrific (definitely get the pool heat in December!). Lots of room for everyone. When I reached out to property management company for a few minor issues, they were super responsive.Highly recommended!

This house is huge! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate a large family. Tv in every room was very nice. We really loved relaxing in the pool and hot tub! Everything you need is here, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge with ice maker. About 15-20 minutes from the parks makes it close enough to easily go but far enough away to get away from the craziness. House is in a nice, very quiet gated community. Owner is very responsive to questions and concerns!

Place was better than expected! It was 13 of us and we had more than enough room. I do wish that they upgrade the grill, a Gorge Forman is not big enough for big parties and provide more towels & pool towels. Other than that, I am ready to rebook my next Florida trip with Ann
