Expensive whole house reverse osmosis water filtration system produces water out of every tap cleaner that bottled water! Air conditioning in UV conditioned to kill any and all bacteria and viruses. Our home has Smart Technology to automate many important features such as lights, locks, and security. We have high speed internet access, wifi, cable TV, and a network printer for your use. Our home theater is 2nd to none with a 82" QLED UHD Smart TV, studio quality Sonos Wifi surround sound and a UHD Blu-ray player. Luxurious Home, Perfect Location
We had an amazing stay at Villa Ocala! The home is a new build with high ceilings and doorways. The kitchen has everything you need to make great meals and the bedroom configurations worked great for our family. It is located near the end of the road and the back yard looks out into a thick brush area that divides the housing area from the water! It was great for bird watching while sitting in the hot tub! There is a path off the back yard that leads straight to the waterway bike path that runs along Venice Island. Our first morning, we were amazed by our walk out in the path as we were greeted by friendly bikers, runners and walkers. It was a short walk to the nature preserve building where we learned more about the local habitat. We also spent some time fishing right there at the end of the path. A few of the mornings, we rode the bikes a little further towards Venice. It was the perfect location to be able to walk, bike, and fish right out the back door! Most of our time at the home was spent enjoying the pool and hot tub. They were the perfect size and temperature and made our vacation seem like a vacation!! The patio furniture was great for reading and hanging out when we weren’t in the pool! We have a charcoal grill at home, but their gas grill was the real deal! We cooked filets one night and they cooked perfectly. Detweilers market down the street has a wonderful selection of meats and fresh vegetables. Definitely a great place to shop! This is not your typical Florida home! The owners obviously put a lot of thought into the design and layout, including the flowering plants and trees in the yard and next to the pool. We can’t say enough about this house, the location and how nice the owner was to work with. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!
