ownership, rental, payment, care, and overall business policy. Third party savings passed on to renters when renting direct.

Detailed housekeeping done prior to arrival. Arrival as early as 12:00 noon. Departure required by 10:00 AM on departure date. Other Saturday housekeeping can be arranged at additional cost of $120 per request. Housekeeping involves full cleaning of unit, including change of bedding linen and towels (5 sets).

Taxes: State sales 6%, Tourist Surtax 1%; and County Tourist 6% ( Total 13%)

Total Renter Price: Weekly rate + Housekeeping ($120) + Major Holiday-if applicable ($40) + 13% tax
For example during, week of April 18-25, 2020: $855 + $120 + 0.13($855+$120) = $855 + $120 + $126.75 = Total $1,101.75

NOTE: Above standard reduced rates based on non-major holidays, Saturday-to-Saturday stays, and 4 occupants maximum; departure from these requirements will result in higher rates. Owner approved departures from these requirements are rare.
