ownership, rental, payment, care, and overall business policy. Third party savings passed on to renters when renting direct. Communicate with owner directly.
Detailed housekeeping done prior to arrival. Arrival as early as 12:00 noon. Departure required by 10:00 AM on departure date. Other Saturday housekeeping can be arranged at additional cost of $120 per request. Housekeeping involves full cleaning of unit, including change of bedding linen and towels (5 sets).
Taxes: State sales 6%, Tourist Surtax 1%; and County Tourist 6% ( Total 13%)
Total Renter Price: Weekly rate + Housekeeping ($140) + Major Holiday-if applicable ($40) + 13% tax
For example during, week of April 18-25, 2020: $1,000 + $140 + 0.13($1,000+$140) = $1,000 + $140 + $148.20 = Total $1,288.20
NOTE: Above standard reduced rates based on non-major holidays, Saturday-to-Saturday stays, and 4 occupants maximum; departure from these requirements will result in higher rates. Owner approved departures from these requirements are rare.

Awesome place to stay
My husband and two best friends traveled with me to celebrate my 50th birthday. The place is very clean and spacious. Everything you need in the kitchen. A lot of beach toys and chairs. We had a great time. The king size bed was a little too soft for me but still comfortable.
