This 3 bedroom 3 bath house, with a screened in pool is the perfect place to come back to after a day at the beach, golf course of nearby famous outlet mall.

The house offers 3 spacious bedrooms, with two and ½ bathrooms, a large living room, private dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer. The pool is yours to cool off in and is fully screened in and is overlooks a beautiful lake. It is the place to have breakfast in the morning or sip a glass a wine in the evening and watch the sun go down. There is a gas grill if you want to cook some steaks during your stay. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and private bath with both a shower and soaking tub. There are two upstairs bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other two twin beds. They share a full size bath with a tub/shower combo. The house has three televisions, one in the living room, one in the master bath and in one of the guest rooms. To top it off there is free Wi-Fi. You have access to the garage, a cooler, rafts and beach chairs.

The beautiful house is just a 5 minute drive from the World Golf Village golf courses King and Bear or Slammer and Squire. The famous World Golf Hall of Fame is a must for any golfer, and the IMAX theatre is a great way to spend some inside quality time. The home is located 25 minutes from either Jacksonville or historic downtown St. Augustine. If beaches interest you Vilano Beach and St. Augustine Beach is less than a 30 minute drive.

When in St. Augustine don't forget to visit the local attractions. The area offers many historical and entertaining venues, boutiques and eateries, including the St. Augustine Lighthouse, Castillo de San Marco (old Spanish fort), Alligator Farm and the fabulous St. George Street. At night a horse and carriage ride around the downtown is a perfect way to know the history and enjoy the nightlife.

Downtown Jacksonville is a perfect place to walk the waterfront and enjoy the many restaurants and bars. The Zoo is a great way to entertain the kids and for real kid enjoyment. Walt Disney World is only 3 hours away. Mayo clinic is nearby too for those who need treatment there.
