Great cottage close to everything! Perfect for the two of us!!

The cottage was very nice and clean and updated. We came to help my brother celebrate a big birthday and did not want to burden them with our company for 10 days, so we were glad to find this little cottage close to Palm Harbor where my brother lives. We also did some exploring the cute little shops in Dunedin and visited the beaches and did some boating and fishing on my brothers boat. We also visited family in Punta Gorda, Florida and also St. Petersburg, Florida. So the time flew by quickly, and we were very Happy to return to our cute cottage and relax and sleep!! The location was perfect for us!! The cottage decor was so cute!!

Awesome & Charming Cottage

This house was in a great location. Walking distance to Dunedin and the Pinellas trail. It was on a very quiet street and we loved the backyard. We had a great vacation and would love to stay again in this home. It was so clean and loved the back deck and front porch. It was so nice to have use of the bikes. My husband and I would ride every morning on the Pinellas trail. It was such a much needed relaxing home to stay for 2 1/2 weeks.

Beauty & convenience in one spot!

This house was beautiful, very clean, and plenty of space! The location of this house was convenient for easy access downtown, as well as easy access to the bike trail. The house had bikes, a great outdoor patio, a beautiful fenced in yard, and a washer and dryer. I had a great stay, can’t wait to visit again!

The PERFECT GETAWAY!

WOW! We had heard that Dunedin was a great place to visit and it easily surpassed our expectations. This cottage was the perfect place to enjoy all that Dunedin has to offer. Everything is close is so close by- it is an easy walk to downtown, the waterfront, and several parks. There are about a zillion parks in the area! The Pinellas Trail is about 5 minutes away by foot and 2 minutes by bike, and is a great place to ride for exercise or exploration of the area. The cottage is in a quaint neighborhood under a canopy of stunning live oaks. You will definitely feel like you are in Florida. Everything you want is in the cottage and it is very comfortable for 4 people or less. Unlike a hotel, this cottage has a gas grill on the large deck in back and a fenced in yard. How nice to have a fenced in yard, and a deck for quiet privacy. We did meet some of the neighbors (Connie & Dave) also and they are very nice. There was not one single thing about this visit that we did not enjoy.

Birthday vacation

Our stay was lovely, the house was everything we expected. The area is great as well, being close to Clearwater and Honeymoon Island gave us many options for activities. We will definitely be back next time we’re staying in the area!

Hidden

What I mean by hidden is it was off the main road way but yet close enough to walk or bike all over. This little place is well maintained, clean and perfect for us. There is a trail very close to and shops along the way. We were able to ride bikes to Clear water on the trail. What a beautiful view.This didn’t affect our stay but the color on the outside isn’t tan anymore it is a teal color.

Great cute house

The house was sooo cute! More than I expected. It was full Of details , the kitchen so spacious and all very clean! We loved it!!

Cute and Comfortable Home

We spent three days over Labor Day at this Cute and well located home in Dunedin. Neighborhood is quiet. Several excellent restaurants within five minute drive. Had the best ribs from Eli’s. Home is clean and well appointed. Perfect location six minutes from where we keep our boat. Comfortable living room furnishings, large screen TV and electric fireplace, which was cozy at night. Large master bedroom and second bedroom. Master bed very comfortable, if you like a very firm bed, and I do. Lots of storage space for clothing. Bathroom very narrow and no counter space, but functional. Good size center island in kitchen. Kitchen was stocked with basic items for cooking. A few issues...microwave did not work. Kept turning off after a couple seconds. Let house manager know and he responded quickly but no one came to fix while we were there. House cleaners left a huge load of laundry in the washer and did not leave us a note to remove them, so we reused our same towels throughout stay. Neighbor across the street parked his truck in the driveway, but was apologetic and moved it immediately once we returned to home and identified that we were staying there. All in all, we would stay there again but only if the non refundable damage fee Was refundable upon inspection. Currently, 3 and 4 star hotels in the area were half the price on but due to covid we chose to stay in a home and do not regret our decision.

Loved it and already booked to go back!!!

Great location. easy walking distance to downtown for all the festivals. No hassles (or cost) parking and no worries driving back after. Bike trail also very close and easy to access. We rode to Tarpon Springs and to Clearwater Beach. Local restaurants have live music even during the weekdays! Honeymoon Island was a great place to spend a couple of beach days and the ferry to Caledesi Island and that beach was also fun. We strung our hammocks on the palm trees along the Causeway for a relaxing day. As if all that isn't enough, there are so many parks with so much to do, tennis, golf, nature trails, etc there is more to do than time to do it. The cottage is as comfortable as can be. We love being outside, cooking on the grill and relaxing on the deck. My wife loved how much room there was to operate in the kitchen. The cottage is nicely decorated and landscaped and it was always nice just to be there relaxing. Oh yes, I can't forget, morning coffee on the front porch as the sun was coming up...can't bat it. WE ARE COMING BACK!
