Bay Dream

Many unique ideas went into the building of this Bay Dream. In fact it was not built with the intention of renting at all. The owner built this impeccable place with plans to live in it... and it shows. The quality of workmanship, furnishings and decor will reset your bar for what a vacation home should be. The beautiful covered porches, screened porch and fireplaces all guarantee to make this a place you must return to year after year.

The living area and kitchen is open and state of the art. A HUGE island with 5 Barstools separate the kitchen from living room. The wall that faces the Bay is called a NANA Wall and looks like beautiful french doors when closed, but open to walk out or open it up completely so the living room is open to the 13 X 24 covered porch! There is also a screened porch, 12 X 29 featuring a wood burning fireplace and outdoor kitchen. There are two additional gas fireplaces, one in the living room and one in the Master Suite.

The Master has a beautiful plantation king size bed. The second floor is all Master Suite. The other two bedrooms are on the main level, each with its own bathroom. One king and one queen bed. Many, many more features and too many to describe. If more space is required, look at Breezeway to combine with Bay Dream and sleep 12. These two rentals are one half acre apart and share the 500' dock.

Sitting on St. Joseph Bay, you will not find any place more beautiful. Bring your boat and leave in the water for your stay at the 500' dock on the bay. Sit on the expansive covered porch and see osprey, bald eagles not just one every now and is a birder's paradise! Bring your fishing boat or kayak and enjoy beautiful St Joseph Bay.

Grab your beach chair and go to the beach via the public beach access across the street, ride your bikes, or walk the dog on our wonderful bike path. The State Park is only a mile and a half north and offers a boat launch.

For a great day trip, Panama City is a little over an hour away, Apalachicola is a 30 minute drive, Tallahassee 2 hours.
