You will enjoy this gorgeous home situated right on the white sand beach with spectacular views of the blue waters of Gulf of Mexico. Built in 2017, it’s perfect for a large gathering with 5 luxurious bedrooms including a bunk bed/game room loft that sleeps 8.

It has a spectacular deck with a private hot tub and cypress wood bar for cocktail hour. It’s hard to describe how unique and beautiful this home is but when you look at the photos of this home, “a picture is worth a thousand words.”

The main level is a “great room” with plenty on comfortable seating and HDTV in the living area, an open dining area with seating for 8 and a beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops that is spacious and has additional seating at the large island. Oversized windows and French doors provide wonderful views and plenty of light.

The kitchen is fully equipped, stocked and has a large butler pantry with a prep area, wine cooler and beverage fridge. The master king bedroom suite is also on the main floor with direct access to the covered deck with a large walk in closet and custom shower.

The second level has one guest bedroom suite with a private bath and direct access to the deck. There are two queen guest bedrooms that share a bathroom; one of them has direct access to the deck as well. The laundry room on this level is very convenient.

The third level has 4 sets of bunk beds sleeping 8 and has a full bath. This upper loft bunk/game room includes an HDTV and air hockey game for added entertainment.
