The views of the Gulf and the Bay are spectacular from so many different areas of the home. The unique walkway to the beach makes the white sand and emerald waters of the Cape easily accessible.

The main living room space is spacious and open with a fireplace, a wet bar, and 55” HDTV and Gulf Views from wherever you are in the room. The open and spacious kitchen has quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, double ovens, 2 dishwashers, and a large pantry fully stocked with every appliance that you will need.

The kitchen has an island with 4 bar stools and a dining area seating 12. The living space opens to an oversized beautiful deck with comfortable, high quality furniture. The screened in dining area of the deck seats 8 and makes for a wonderful place for a sunset meal.

This home sleeps 9 adults for a total of 13. The Master King suite is on the top floor with 2 additional Master King Suites on the 2nd floor. There is a 2nd Living Space with 55"TV and Kitchenette that comes with Mini Refrigerator, Microwave, Toaster and Coffee Maker. One Queen bedroom with a day bed and a bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, complete the sleeping accommodations.

An elevator from the ground level is such a helpful amenity. Each floor has a laundry room with storage and the home is equipped with 2 Rinnai tankless water heaters to ensure that the home will have the hot water capacity that is needed.
