Welcome to “Coconut Castle!”


“Coconut Castle” is a tranquil beach location that’s sure to suit the large family vacation getaway needs. Highlights include 3 stories and Lookout Tower, private pool and overflow spa, sweeping gulf and beach views and over 4500 square feet of exceptional coastal living space. Sitting less than one block from the Frangista Beach private beach access, this home is the perfect place to relax and create a memorable family vacation.

Upon entry of the home, guests will “wow” at the travertine flooring and clean lines/design and attention to detail in every room. The first floor/ground level features a brand-new luxurious pool table in the entertainment area, stocked with plenty of sticks and chalk. Also in this room, a flat screen TV, wet bar, and full sized refrigerator. Just off the game room, a media room with plush oversized seating and an even larger flat screen TV for movie night or catching the big game. The first floor will sleep a total of 10 guests in one of 3 bedrooms. The first, a King Bedroom with Private Bath and Stand-Up Shower. There are two spacious bunk rooms with a shared bath, both sleep 4 guests each with 2 sets of twin/twin bunk beds. One of two laundry rooms are also found on the ground level.

On the second floor of the home, prepare for ultimate family enjoyment with a sprawling living room, dining area and kitchen. The beautifully crafted wood dining table features seating for 10-12 guests, dine and entertain while enjoying the views from the French balcony doors. The living seating area features an oversized sectional sofa, fireplace and 3 comfy recliners. This furniture was apart of the 2019 remodel and is truly luxurious and chic. Guests are also able to belly up to the large granite island and breakfast bar with seating for 4. The stunning kitchen features all stainless-steel appliances including a side-by-side refrigerator, two dishwashers, double ovens, and an electric stovetop range. There’s plenty of room for meal prep with an abundance of counter space as well.

The second floor sleeps a total of 4 guests, in 2 King Suites. One King Suite shares a Large Jack and Jill bathroom with the common area, the other King Suite features a Private Bath. Bedrooms both feature stand up showers in the bathrooms and are located directly off of the living, dining and kitchen common areas.

On the third floor of “Coconut Castle,” guests will find a private wraparound balcony to enjoy the warm gulf breeze, a second laundry room, and sleeping arrangements for 8. The Master King Suite features built in Twin/Twin Bunk beds, a small wet bar with mini fridge, and a spacious private bath. In the Master Bath, a jacuzzi tub, stand up shower and his and her vanities. Also on the third floor, two other King Suites with Private Bathrooms. Luxury, privacy, and space are the name of the game here with separate water closets, ample walk in closet space and pristine tiled flooring.

Finally, the fourth-floor lookout tower features the ultimate private retreat with a Queen sized bed and 360 degree views throughout. Guests in the tower can enjoy a large private balcony/sun deck for catching the sunset before turning in for the evening.

Outside in the courtyard area, a spacious and private 6ft fenced in yard with mature landscaping, plenty of comfortable seating and a private heated splash pool (overflow spa in the pool has a separate seating area, but this not a separate hot tub).

“Coconut Castle” is in the Frangista Beach community which consists of mostly vacation rental homes where families come to vacation and spans approximately 4 blocks. The neighborhood has a 400-yard private beach which you must have a code to access. This home is within walking distance of shopping, dining and beach access.

*This home rents only Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer months.*  No College/Student groups allowed. all renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.

Electric Street Legal Golf Cart Rentals - We offer electric street legal golf cart rentals to Beach Reunion guest ONLY and at a substantially lower rate than our competitors in the Destin/Miramar Beach area. By reserving a cart rental through us you won’t have to worry about any of that unwanted dirt or sand getting into your car while trying to enjoy your vacation! Pool Heat - From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $50/day or $350/week. (Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. Must purchase pool heat for spa to be heated. The spa does not operate like a stand alone hot tub. The spa will only reach the same temperature as the pool, it cannot heat higher than the pool, about 86-90 Degrees Max. Outside of the dates spa cannot be heated.)

Margarita Machines - Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas, and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach. They are the perfect addition to family vacations, weddings, business retreats, golf outings, fishing trips, church groups or any other type of gathering.

Seasonal Beach Chair Service - Our complimentary seasonal beach service is offered for our Summer 2022 months. This includes 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas set up daily on the beach from 9am-5pm. Our Season begins on May 14, 2022- August 13, 2022.

You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. This means the best of fine dining, family restaurants, live entertainment, bars and more are so close to you! This home has a private pool, a wonderful upper kids apartment that allows them some personal space along with giving them the filling of being on a "mini" vacation. The private beach access for the community is a short 2 minute walk, which means those sugary white sands and sparkling emerald waters are just a few steps away!

Area Information

There's a celebration going on just about all the time in Destin, making it a fun place to be year-round. Several festivals, including October's Destin Seafood Festival and the month-long Destin Fishing Rodeo, celebrate the Gulf's edible gifts from the sea. There's also the annual Emerald Coast Poker Run, which takes place at the end of Boat Week. Participating boats pay an entrance fee, then travel to designated spots to pick up cards. The boat with the best poker hand at the end of the run is the winner. Proceeds from the poker run go to local children's charities. And every month sees plenty of live concerts, theater and dance performances, wine tastings, food festivals, and arts and crafts shows.
