This beautiful home is located on the Gulf of Mexico with a swimmimg pool between the house and the water. It is located in an exclusive neighborhood, less than a 10 minute walk to the well guarded private beach, available only to a limited number of residences.

The house has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, with two large granite covered counters and a Sub Zero refrigerator. The richly furnished living room/dining area has cable tv providing about 100 channels. There is Wifi and a free telephoning to the United States and its provinces, including Guam. There is a large terrace off of the living room, which can be used for dining with sunsets 365 days of the year.

The custom panelled, master bedroom occupies the entire second floor. it has light columns and a luxurious bathroom. There are bountiful built in closets and draws. It also has its own separate powder room. There is a balcony with an magnificent gulf view.

On the first floor, there are two other bedroom each with there own bathrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other bedroom has twin beds. There is separate laundry room with iron and ironing board.

On the basement level, there is garage parking and bicycles for your enjoyment.

Within minutes, there is an abundance of shopping, beautiful beaches and premier golf courses. It is approximately 2 hours west of Disney World.
