Westridge is on highway 27, close to the I-4 and 192, making all the major attractions of the Orlando area, only fifteen minutes by car from Disney World and both coasts very easily accessible. If you are a golf enthusiast you may choose to play a round next door at Highlands Reserve, or even try Greg Norman's new Champions Gate Complex which is just minutes away, as are numerous other courses.
The upscale Westridge subdivision is located on the west side of US 27 and is made up of a pair of electronically gated communities, Manors North and Manors South, surrounded by orange groves. Westridge has community pools, a clubhouse with mini-gym, tennis, children's playground, etc is only a couple of minutes from major shops and restaurants. The Westridge community offers a wonderful mix of full time residents and short-term rental homes. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, well maintained, and safe with well lit streets. The homes are nicely spaced in a landscape of gently rolling hills.

What is our cancellation policy?
$200.00 (non refundable )down payment requested when reserve this home. In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, you must submit written notice to The Florida Store Property Management. Cancellation within 8 weeks prior to your arrival will result in no refund, unless otherwise confirmed with The Florida Store Property Management. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.
