Don't break the budget! This nicely decorated condo is truly fabulous and affordable.  It has new carpet, paint, new living room furniture, and updated decor.  With this unit you get much more than you pay for and it is truly the best place for a family of six to vacation on a budget. It is cute, has a great layout with plenty of space, and is even pet friendly (an additional fee and terms applies for pets).

"Beach on a Budget" is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom (sleeps 6) interior condo and is a bottom floor unit conveniently located in a gulf-front complex. While the unit itself does not offer gulf views, it is just a few short steps to the beach, and opens up to a nice grass area near the tennis courts. When you want to swim, it is a very convenient walk to the pool or beach. The condo feels very spacious with an open living, dining, kitchen combination. The living room has a large flat screen TV with comfortable seating. The sofa folds out to become a sleeper for two when needed. There is a dining table with seating for six and bar seating for three.  The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation.

The master bedroom has a large king size bed and also offers a new twin size sleeper that is great when parents need a child to share the same room but not the same bed! The second bedroom has two twin beds. Both bedrooms have large flat screens TVs as well as their own private bathrooms.This cute, spacious, pet friendly unit offers style, convenience and affordability while the very best feature may just be the price!

 Pets are only allowed if the unit has advertised as such and the non-refundable pet fee per pet has been applied in the rental agreement. ** Pet friendly with approval - non shedding dogs only $100.00 pet fee / per pet does apply ** Limit 1-2 Pets depending on property - must be friendly non-aggressive. Pets that leave excessive cleaning needs will be charged extra cleaning fees.If any pet is discovered on any property without prior authorization or notification the penalty is a $500.00 charge per pet for extra clean up and flea treatment.
