This three-bedroom 3 bathroom condominium is the perfect place to spend the vacation of your dreams! You will have 3 large bedrooms, three private baths, spacious living and dining area, well equipped kitchen with mew appliances including a full size washer and dryer. This condominium is new, beautiful and comfortable just waiting for your enjoyment.

The views are spectacular and sunsets breathtaking from our balcony. We especially enjoy having our morning coffee on the balcony while watching the dolphins play. The balcony is a perfect place to spend a day in the sun or return to after a long day and enjoy a gorgeous sunset.

The kitchen is completely furnished with new appliances, complete with dishware, glassware, cookware and cooking utensils. The large living room has a wall of mirrors which brings the beautiful Gulf views right inside. The furniture is all new and a wall of glass doors opens directly to the balcony. On a rainy day, cable TV, HBO and DVD will keep you entertained in comfort.

The spacious master bedroom is beautifully decorated. It has a wall of windows overlooking the beach and sliding glass doors which open directly onto the balcony and the gorgeous view. There is a king size bed, 2 comfortable chairs for reading or watching TV. There is a private bath, with all new cultured marble walk in shower, new cabinets with granite counter tops. A flat screen TV and DVD will make for a wonderful vacation.

There are 2 guest bedrooms, each have private baths, cable TV, HBO and a DVD player. One bedroom has 2 queen size beds and the other has 2 double beds.

The beautiful dining room with decorative lighting has seating for 6 and a breakfast bar with 4 stools.

While the resort and the beach offer all sorts of things to do , it is great to have your own "oasis"away from all the activities. You will enjoy the comfort of a tastefully decorated condominium, beautiful and comfortable furnishings, and everything you could ask for in a beach vacation condominium. The convenience of being on the 4th floor allows you to use the stairs or the elevator, a choice you don't have on the higher floors
