The glass enclosured shower and tub combination give this bathroom a clean and fresh new look. Professionally decorated, this unit offers a Queen size bed in a comfortable sized seperate bedroom and queen size sofa bed in the livingroom. We provide everything from linens, towels, dishware , beach chairs and beach towels to 50 inch screen television in the living room + 32 inch screen television in the bedroom, DVD, alarm clock , mini stereo system and WiFi. This condo has it all. If you rent a car, we can provide a parking space as well (at an additional cost).The Condo complex offers access on site to amazing amenities:Game Room, Business centre, 2 outdoor Pools and 2 Fitness Centers, onsite Coffee Shop and much more !
Please be advised that this non-smoking unit and we do not accept Pets. Also included is, central A/C, Beach Umbrella, Beach Towels and Beach chairs. This unit has all the amenities required to make your stay enjoyable.

This property is walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Parking fees are paid directly to Condo Complex Administration. $7/day/vehicle however Special Parking Rates are available for 2 weeks and longer. The rate is for one parking spot only. There is exterior and underground parking available. There are NO assigned parking spots. special rates are offered for stays longer than a week.
Magnetic Fobs are mandatory and available for purchase at $20 each. These FOBs allow daily access to secure areas of the condo complex. Purchased through the Condo Complex Administration only.
ALTHOUGH THIS IS A PET FRIENDLY CONDO COMPLEX ...We do Not Allow pets in our Condo. No exceptions.
Security deposit is obligatory... this amount is refundable after your stay if No damage has been caused to the property and it’s furnishings and No fines incurred during your stay.
Required Security Deposit $300 for stays 1-2 weeks or less
Required Security Deposit $500 for stays of 3 weeks or more
We accept personal checks, money orders , wire transfers, bank drafts as method of payment. Credit cards are accepted only when charged through PayPal. PayPal incurs additional processing fees
There are beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels provided for our guests in our condo. We rely on the good faith of our guests to replace anything they break with the item of equal value or greater. These items are provided to our guests out of courtesy and good will and NOT through obligation.
Linens, bath towels are provided. hair dryer is also available.
Fully equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator, stovetop and oven and small appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, kettle and microwave.

Great Vacation 2020
I really enjoyed our stay there. I was very happy with the amount of security we had. It made feel very safe with my kids. I loved the fact that we got beach chairs/umbrellas with our stay. The beach towels and cooler was a bonus. I will for sure be back to stay here.

Pleasant stay !
Mike and Silvana have been very accommodating and responded quickly to our minor needs . There were some obstacles and difficulties , but all related to covid times . Having a vacation during pandemic is already an accomplishment . Florida Never disappoints .”The tides “are a hidden gem for tourists . Affordable , but yet providing all you need for a memorable vacation . Superb location , clean beach , beautiful view of the Ocean . What else can you ask for . We had a blast !

The condo is in a great location close to everything. The condo shows exactly as shown in the pictures.. Spotless, has everything and well taken care of. The owner is so easy to deal with . The amenities are first class. Great beach and pool. All I can say can is Enjoy. Hopefully we will be able to come back.

Great location on the beach
We enjoyed staying in this condo with oceanfront view and direct path to the beach. The unit was clean with comfortable furniture.The day after our arrival we had a plumbing problem which was resolved quite promptly within 24 hrs. We will be planning to come back in the future.

Fantastic getaway
Condo was perfect! Location was excellent, 5 min drive to everything, some even walking Pool was great, clean and a few steps to the ocean! The room had everything we needed and more! Exceptionally clean! We would definitely return!

Nice Condo
The Hollywood condo was on the 6th floor of The Tides. There was a fine ocean view. There were beach chairs in the unit, which had direct access to the beach. The pool area was large and well kept. The unit was clean and the rent was reasonable. The owner was responsive to questions and easy to deal with.
