An olympic sized heated saltwater pool, a 20 person jaccuzzi down by the pool. Fitness room and tennis courts. Secure parking and security all of this and just a couple of miles down to Mallory Square to watch the nightly sunset celebrations.

About the owner: We are a Property Management Company based in Key West and manage this amazing property for the Owners who are from Kentucky. It is their home and they are happy to able to share this lovely property with guests during the Winter months but enjoy it themselves with their family from May through November each year. Hence the name Bluegrass Seabattical oceanfront retreat.
Why this property? Where else do you get a view like this and an enormous ocean front balcony with unobstructed views of the Atlantic ocean and the crystal clear waters of the Florida Keys. The unit is located on the 3rd floor in the complex so you have a secure parking space and also all the amenities that 1800 Atlantic has to offer. Sunning beach, Olympic size heated salt water pool, jaccuzzi, charcoal grills, Fitness center, beautiful gardens, Tennis courts and so much more.
