ALL BEDROOMS are King beds - and ALL have attached/private bathroom so there is no sharing bathrooms! Cleaning fee is negotiable depending on how many bedrooms you use. Master with walk-in shower is downstairs on main/entry floor and bedrooms are on 2nd floor. Privacy between 2nd & 3rd bedrooms as there is a bedroom between them that is locked out. Just 150 steps to the beach access and walking distance to restaurants, bowling, movies, etc plus 6 bikes for your use. Amazing gourmet kitchen opens to main living space and has best of everything. Spend fun time together at the pool table and shuffleboard table or swim in the heated pool. Walk to Camille's or to 790 on the Gulf for their great Gulf views and enjoy their happy hour specials. About the owner: This is a brand new custom built house, completed May 2018 - and one of 8 we own. I personally manage every aspect. I was born and raised in Pensacola and these waters run in my veins! I love what I do and you'll hear that passion in my voice - about the area AND the home. We call this home "Chill Pill" as it's a fun saying in our house when we tell my high-strung New Yorker husband to take it down a notch and take a "Chill Pill". We know you will enjoy this home as much as we do!
Why this property? We built this home from scratch, with no wasted space, great views, no sharing bathrooms, and plenty of gathering space for all. It has the best of everything and no expense has been spared. We provide SO many beach supplies, unmatched in our area. Located in such a great area - walk to everything and we love to have coffee and snacks at Camille's and happy hour with Gulf views at 790 on the Gulf, both just a couple minutes walk from our back gate.
