Sorry we are no longer renting our home. This home is as beautiful inside as it is on the outside. A total restoration was recently completed, everything is new and updated with upgraded amenities. This home has one of the best western exposure views in all of Marco atop a brand new 1500 sqft wraparound deck. You will never grow tired of the sunsets each day brings. Walk down to the dock and wet your lines. A new custom built outdoor kitchen with deluxe grill and dining area welcomes you and your guests. The glass enclosed game room with pool table, ping pong, and darts will keep the kids occupied for hours! The large heated pool sees full sun all day long with plenty of loungers to go around. This is truly paradise!
Area Information
We sit on a very quiet street near the end of a cul-de-sac surrounded by luxurious and well kept homes. Peaceful, quiet, and like the rest of Marco, safe. The home is very comfortable and equipped with high end furniture and new, cozy beds and couches. The Copperfield channel is one of the deepest in Marco and boating enthusiasts can inquire about our dock.

Doug W.Amazing newly renovated waterfront home with a view, pool, and awesome outdoor spaces.
We stayed at this property the spring of 2020 for a week. Booking on the front end was very easy and the owners are super responsive and easy to work with. The property is newly renovated from top to bottom. They did a great job on it and clearly spared no expense. It is beyond clean all around and it is so comfortable we felt like we were at home. The pool area and waterfront are amazing for adults and kids and we enjoyed the pool every day. The covered outdoor area by the pool has a big bar, table, couch and grill and we grilled out to the sunset several nights. The house faces west and has great sunset views up the adjacent channel all the way to the beach. We are big beach people and we only went there one day because the house was so great. There are a ton of restaurants a 5 minute drive or uber away. While we were there we had a few questions and the owners responded to me in minutes both times. They are very easy going, accommodating and trustworthy. We rented a pontoon on two occasions and toured the island in the canals. You will love this house. Go rent it from them...just not the week we want to go!

Beautiful, well-maintained, spacious home with heated pool and private dock (watch for dolphins swimming by!). Great restaurants and beach activities close by, or drive 20 minutes to Naples to explore the beach and pier and shop on 5th Avenue. Enjoy as much seclusion or sightseeing as you like. We began to look forward to our next visit the moment we left.
