I pride myself in taking personal attention to the furnishings and amenities in my condos. I currently co own a meeting planning business, so I continue to be involved in many facets of the hospitality business. A lovely place for a perfect vacation!
I booked this condo for my children and their spouses to stay over Christmas, and it was even better than the listing information portrays. The space is decorated beautifully, and has everything you would wish for. My kids took advantage of the pool, the dock for fishing, the beach, and I am told that there was a lot of ping pong played!The host was very accomodating, and all in all, it was the perfect place to stay.

Absolutely perfect!
We just left Michael's absolutely fantastic condo in Runaway Bay. This condo has everything you could possibly need. Michael doesn't skimp on anything. There are more towels, sheets, dishes pots, pans, kitchen gadgets and bathroom accessories than anyone that I know would ever need. And plenty of paper products, dish detergent, laundry detergent, etc for the week for the 3 of us. It is probably the best stocked vacation rental we've ever had the pleasure of staying in. Loved having a washer and dryer. Everything works and is top of the line. The place was even better than the pictures. Very clean and Covid sanitized. Such a nice designer beach look and feel and very well laid out. And the location- just fantastic! You can't get any closer to the beach without actually being on the beach. The crosswalk that leads directly to the beach access is right in front of the complex, as is the trolley stop for the free trolley that runs the entire length of the island. You can walk to several restaurants and ice cream shops as well as Bridge St. That's about as convenient as you could ask for. We really didn't need the car to get around. I really liked being off the main road a little bit so that it was quiet and peaceful. The pool was just lovely, large and the perfect temperature. The dock at the back of the property was beautiful as well. I had my coffee there a few mornings and saw dolphins and tons of different types of birds almost every time. The parking right in front of the condo is very convenient. Runway Bay was super safe and quiet, and every person that we encountered was nice, friendly, and respectful. I would have been happy to move into Michael's condo and never leave! It is a great deal for all that you get, and Michael was easy to work with and super responsive. You found a great place- stop looking and book it!

Above and beyond expectations
I can’t say enough about unit 176. It was decorated beautifully. Fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds and linens were like staying at the four seasons. I highly recommend unit 176. Looking forward to my stay next year..
