The home can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests in 4 private bedrooms and an upstairs living area. Hardwood floors and breezy white curtains add a dash of sophistication to the bedrooms. You'll sleep well thanks to our new pillow-top mattresses, hypoallergenic pillows, and super soft Mascioni sheets. All of the furnishings are brand new and reflect a stylish, comfortable theme.

Privacy please! This home contains 4 full bathrooms. The 3 upstairs bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms, and the 4th bathroom is easily accessible from the downstairs living room.

Every bathroom features modern fixtures and beautiful granite countertops. Bathroom amenities include (MALIN+GOETZ) toiletries, soft and absorbent cotton towels, and hair dryers.

Want to get a head start on your post-trip laundry? You’ll find a washer and dryer in the laundry room just off the upstairs living area.

--OUTDOOR SPACE--
You’re probably looking forward to the warm Florida weather, so you’ll be glad to know this home also includes some outdoor space. Just behind the kitchen and living room is a charming back patio, which comes equipped with a Viking hot tub, BBQ grill and patio chairs. Kids and dogs will love running around in the grass, and the trees add some refreshing shade.

Besides your own backyard, you can enjoy the beautiful community pool and hot tub just steps away. The Villas of Frangista is a quiet, gated community with cobblestone streets, a community pool and some small ponds for the kids to fish in.

The entire home is equipped with fast WiFi and air conditioning, so you’ll always be cool and connected.

Garage parking is available for 1 car, and an additional 1 vehicle can fit in the driveway for a total of 2 vehicles. Please note that RVs and trailers are not permitted.

Driving is the best way to get around the Emerald Coast. Stores and restaurants in the area typically have free and plentiful parking, but be mindful that some beach parking lots do charge fees. Uber, Lyft, and taxi service are also readily available.

Flying into the Panhandle area? Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) is a 35-minute drive from the home and Destin Executive Airport (DTS) is a 15-minute drive away.

✓ During your stay, the house is 100% yours. Your rental includes professional cleaning prior to arrival.

✓ You'll find smart TVs with streaming app access so you can watch your favorite shows, big games and movies. You will need to login with your own credentials to access the streaming services and recommend to log out before departure.

✓ Vacation isn’t complete without your furry friends! Pets are allowed at a $150 per stay fee for the first pet and $50 per stay for each additional pet (no weight restriction).

✓ We are unable to guarantee early check in, please let us know ahead of the time you plan to arrive and we can arrange to inform you the moment the property is ready. An early check in fee will apply.

✓ Please note that the upper floors of the home are accessible by stairs only.

✓ Please note the home is equipped with SimpliSafe home security system (doorbell camera) so you can enjoy total peace of mind during your stay. Camera recordings are not lively monitored and are solely for reviewing in case of an incident, injury, theft or other incidental and unforeseen circumstances. Your privacy is very important for us. ✓ Our homes are professionally treated for pest control regularly. We recommend leaving all doors, including the garage, completely closed. Palmetto bugs in Florida are very normal, large and might be shocking to persons not used to them and may confuse them with a cockroach.
