This traditional Florida home has one full size Bathroom, Living area, work desk, and full sized kitchen. The attached garage contains the washer and dyer along with extra storage. The covered patio creates that southern living feel and is great for eating on after cooking the catch of the day on the grill. There is Central Air (Ac/heat) Though out the whole unit and fans in every living area. There is a TV in the living area an Amazon Stick connected to the Free Wifi so you can keep up with your favorite shows. Patio Table and chairs are located in the fenced in back yard. The Unit is nestled in a boating and fishing community. This is traditional Florida living but steps away from Port Richey bars and restaurants located right on Millers bayou which channels right out to the Gulf of Mexico. Dolphin watching is available along with Fishing Charters and river tours. A boat fairies out to the casino boat multiple times everyday and launches just a few blocks away.
