This freshly painted and remodeled 1247 sq feet unit has 2 Bedrooms and a Bunk area located at the most convenient side of the complex the front-facing the beach-going toward the parking lot and the balcony facing the fountains, (you may walk straight to the unit from the units go down the elevator and be down by the restaurants ), Office, Fitness Center that is conveniently on the same floor, ocean-view rooftop pool, beach, and Wall-Mart. It has brand new carpet, brand new furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, breathtaking fountain views, and much more.
2 twin beds have its own full bathroom, new comfortable mattresses on beds. Living room:
The beautiful spacious living area has a brand new pull out sofa, that makes another queen bed, Smart 4 K TV with Netflix Streaming, a few games on the provided gaming console, dinner table with 4 chairs Kitchen :

We had an amazing time, the condo was awesome and had a terrific view from the balcony. We were definitely happy with our first trip to Panama City. We will be back. Thanks for everything. Blanca was great also, very nice and helpful.

Armen was an excellent host before, during, and after our stay. The condo itself fit five comfortably and included so many amenities (and was SO clean)- the decor was the cherry on top. We thought the location was absolutely perfect. Although it is not beach view, the light show on the lake was so much fun, and our private access to the beach is truly just a few steps away. We enjoyed having so many shops and restaurants being just a five-ten minute drive from our condo. However this resort is extremely busy, especially during spring break, so the elevators were running slow, but we chose to take the stairs since it is only on the third floor. Overall, we loved our stay, and will definitely be staying here again!

I cannot say enough about this condo. It is extremely clean. They go above and beyond by including beach towels and chairs. The owner checked in on us to remind us he was available if we had any questions. The light show every night was a bonus. The beach is literally across the street. Everyone in the condo complex we met were super friendly. Pick this condo you wont be disappointed. The bed is super comfortable. Maybe you will even get to see the gator!

Make your reservation! This condo was immaculate, beautifully appointed and had everything you, your friends and family could have possibly needed to feel at home during your stay. I didn't realize when I made the reservation just how spacious it was. We enjoyed dinner outside on the terrace at night and it was the perfect spot to read a book and relax on the lounge chairs in the late afternoon. This was our first trip to PCB and this was the perfect location: walking distance to the beach, restaurants downstairs, and close to several great pools in the building. It's only a short drive to shopping, restaurants, and several marinas. Being somewhat of a germophobe, I have to say THANK YOU (all caps!) to housekeepers because it was spotless. I truly appreciate that the owner sent occasional text messages to ensure everything in the unit was working well, that we were comfortable and that we didn't have any questions. Communication was exceptional. The notebook for the unit was really helpful, too. We went to several of the restaurants you recommended; all were great, too. I wish we could have stayed another week because it was so great. Without any hesitation, I would recommend this condo and am already trying to figure out when we can return again!
