Why this property? Fell in love with this "Mayberry" kind of town... no fast food, great downtown with a lot of nice restaurants, stores that stay open late, plenty of scooters & bicycles going down the center of town.... not as busy and loud as Daytona or Coco Beach which cater to a younger crowd.
