About the owner: I lived in Indiana up until 14 years ago. I moved with my job to Florida-which was a dream come true! I love the beaches and warm weather! I have 2 children and 3 grandsons-the loves of my life! I feel in love with the Venice area and eventually plan to retire and live in this condo. I'm still working part time, but husband is a retired building contractor and we love to travel in our sailboat and RV. The condo is the perfect spot at the end of the island-love watching the boats sail in front of condo and easy access to private beach across the street.
Why this property? I love the area! Lots of beaches and so quiet/quaint! At end of island, so quiet with beautiful canal in front of condo and just a block from the Jetty (Fishing pier) and Crows Nest. It just a 2 minute walk or less across the street to beautiful pool on private/deeded beach. Condo was just recently updated before we purchased it-so cutely decorated and nice/open floor plan for 660 square feet. Very large bedroom for size of unit and well maintained We are looking forward to spending time in it when it's not rented.
