We invite you to a spacious two story gated entry townhouse that is child and pet friendly within the quaint community of Lakeside Village townhomes.
There is a heated community pool within walking distance however, We are also very close to Anna Maria Island and Holmes Beach’s pristine beaches, IMG Academy, and the beautiful Riverwalk of downtown Bradenton that has numerous top rated restaurants/ bars within the area between Bradenton, Sarasota and St. Petersburg! You will see a beautiful view of the lake whether you are enjoying coffee or cocktails on the screened in lanai or waking up to the master bedroom that has a lovely pillow top adjustable king size bed with comfortable linens.
Lastly, there is a bonus room upstairs with Apple TV if you have extra company visiting as well.

We require a non refundable pet deposit of $150.00 for any pets and a $200.00 security deposit to reserve rental. The security deposit is refundable as long as no damages occur and reservation does not get canceled within 60 days of the reservation.
Also, half the rental fee with the security deposit is due with the signing of the rental agreement and the remaining rental balance is due 30 days before the arrival date. Acceptable payments are cash, cashiers check, US money order, PayPal , Venmo however, any transfer fees or exchange fees of US or foreign currency are paid by the sender or will be deducted from the deposit collected.
Furthermore, due to new HOA laws, we will need to submit a background/credit check for a $150.00 non-refundable fee per married couple payable to Dellcor Management Co. for lease approval. This is Required 30 days in advance to give time for approval. Sorry not our rule.

About the owner: I moved to Bradenton in 1994 from Grand Blanc, Michigan to be near my mother who lost our father in January, 1993. I have worked in retail for many years but then left retail to raise our daughter and work for the local government of Manatee County the last 15 years.
I enjoy the beautiful Anna Maria Island beaches, University Town Center mall in Sarasota, and countless enticing restaurants in the area. There are so many attractions an hour or less such as Ringling arts and museum, Busch Gardens amusement park, or just over the Skyway bridge is St Petersburg. You can catch a Tampa Bay Rays game or even a Buccaneers football game within an hour of the property! The Manatee County Golf course is about 3 miles away, however there are many prestigious golf and country clubs close as well if you love to golf or even visit the beautifully renovated IMG Academy within a mile away from our condo.
My significant other, Ruben Flores has been in the rent to own business as a co owner here in Bradenton and we have 3 wonderful children.We hope to acquire more vacation rentals in the future, Please feel free to send an inquiry!
Why this property? We are central to the most beautiful beaches, and if you’re into sports or have a child in sports then IMG Academy is less than 3 miles away to visit the sports complex, or even Siesta key is less than 45 minutes if you’re looking for the number one beach around this area. We are minutes from Anna Maria Island gulf beaches that is just as amazing where you can visit Margaritaville just before the bridge to Anna Maria Island.
There is just so much beauty and paradise here, you just have to visit!!

Nice stop while waiting on a remodel
We were fortunate to find a short term rental while waiting for a remodel job at our house to be completed. Amy was very communicative and accommodating. The condo is clean and comfortable. Even though the community is near a very busy location at Cortez Ave and 34th, the community is far enough back to be quiet and calm. We had our pets with us and could walk them along the wide sidewalks on 34th, down to Wilde Wood Springs, through Wilde Wood to the streets on the back side and then into the condo. Good, quiet morning walk. If you like Culvers, they are a quick walk to grab some dinner. This place is located near Grocery shopping and lots of restaurants and quick service food. It is also about 15 to 20 minutes in traffic to the beaches, so very conveniently located. if you have kids or pets, GT Bray park is nearby with a big dog park, lots of play areas for kids, and an outstanding Disk Golf course. I would recommend the unit and the location for easy access to many things.We didn't have any issues requiring contact with the owner, but Amy did check in and was easy to work with before we arrived.

My friend recommended this condo for a short stay in Florida. What an amazing place, plus added value. It was close to shops, restaurants, the beaches, etc. The condo was very clean, had all the amenities plus more. Why go to a expensive hotel when you get privacy, plus the neighbors were very friendly. I will be going back to stay if it’s in my time frame. Lastly, Amy (the owner) was extra pleasant to deal with during our stay.

Amy’s Condo in Bradenton
The Condo was very central and within walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, hairdressers, barbers, etc. Condo itself was very comfortable with a nice view of the lake. The Condo project is quiet and gated with a safe feel. We spent a lot of time at Bradenton Beach - one of the nicest beaches around. Good fishing at Coquinto in Bradenton Beach. Be sure to do the Riverwalk downtown Bradenton. Very nice! Amy was a great hostess. We highly recommend this Condo. Mike and Corinne
