As soon as you pull up to our home, you'll know you're someplace special. Our beautifully decorated 4 BR, 4 bath home is ground level and offers lots of charm and character. It has a phenomenal location in The Dunes...instead of having the golf course in our backyard, our home sits on a large, beautiful lake which offers complete privacy yet the golf course is just a minute away!
You'll spend hours watching the birds, fish, turtles, and tranquil lake setting from the living room, extra large lanai, MBR, two guest bedrooms, kitchen, large outdoor patio and private pool.
Our ground level home (no stairs leading to the front door) offers a first floor king master bedroom with a full bath. The view of the lake is spectacular from this room. The other first floor bedroom offers one twin bed, a ceiling fan and lake views as well. There is another full bathroom right outside this bedroom. There are two additional bedrooms located on the 2nd floor which share the third full bathroom. Both BRs offer queen size beds and ceiling fans. One has lake views and the other has an attached twin BR.
The living room is decorated with very comfortable, quality furniture for gazing at the lake, watching TV, or gathering with friends and family. It offers an open floor plan shared with the dining room table, kitchen and lania.
The dramatic oversized lanai (length of home - floor to ceiling windows) is also comfortably decorated with quality furniture and offers stunning views of the lake, large patio and private pool. There is a table on the lanai as well which you'll find yourself eating every meal at!
The kitchen is very bright, offers beautiful lake views and is fully stocked with quality cookware and utensils for all your cooking needs.
The location of this house on the island (east end) is phenomenal as well. There are two entrances you can use to access our neighborhood. The first the right turn as soon as you cross the causeway...the second is further down Periwinkle (turn onto Dixie Beach and then into The Dunes). What this amounts to is a lot less time sitting in traffic on Periwinkle when getting around the island especially during peak season. Bike riding to a host of restaurants, shops, ice cream and coffee shops is a breeze from our prime location.

Pool/Spa - the heater can only heat one at a time. Pool is set at 85 degrees. Set to Spa an hour before looking to use it as it takes some time to get the temperature from 85 to 104 (the max) degree.

The view out of our back was phenomenal. We enjoyed incredible viewing of wildlife on the lake, our nice looking pool and a private feel. Though the home is in a neighborhood, you don’t feel close to your neighbor, due to lush vegetation.
