About the owner: I was a latecomer in discovering the beauty and charms of Southwest Florida - and particularly this coastal gem known as Bonita Springs. I traveled extensively throughout the Caribbean over the course of decades but somehow Southwest Florida managed to elude my interest until about 7 years ago. Now, I'm hooked. This is a precious and special place. Estero Bay Shores is a really lovely Florida community - safe, quiet, interesting, and engaging.
Why this property? I think you'll appreciate all the things I appreciate about this beautiful Southwest Florida vacation rental!
You will appreciate the individual elegance of this 3-bed/3-bath modern family home that has been tastefully renovated – inside and out – with chic, stylish finishes and a neutral color scheme. It’s a contemporary renovation with a cool seaside aesthetic and a laid-back coastal vibe in keeping with its Gulf Coast location. Nestled in a popular cul-de-sac location in Estero Shores, you’re a couple of minutes from the open sea in this enchanting waterfront setting that backs onto a wide canal. You’re also close to the sights and delights of city living and conveniently located within minutes of essential services, shops, cafés, and restaurants at Coconut Point Mall. What could be better?

Fabulous Florida Vacation Rental!!
This truly felt like a home away from home. We arrived tired from a long trip and found the house spotlessly clean – absolutely immaculate. Very welcoming. The home is located on a cul-de-sac so it’s quiet and private. The upstairs master suite is really elegant and we loved the adjoining lanai where we had our morning coffee watching the boats head out to the Gulf. Great perch for birdwatching too. Watching dolphins frolicking right off the dock was thrilling. The home is nicely laid out and it’s very bright and beautifully decorated. Our daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter stayed downstairs while we occupied the upstairs – a perfect set-up.The location suited us to a “tee” as hubby and son-in-law are golf nuts and there’s plenty of golf courses in the area. We were close to Coconut Point Mall, a large outdoor mall, which has many shops and restaurants. Loved it! Koreshan State Park is just down the road on Tamiami Trail and has a great Farmer’s Market on Sunday. We rented canoes there too.One of the best wildlife sanctuaries in SWFL is about 20 minutes from the house. We saw gators, otters, wild pigs (!), and many different shorebirds there. The place is called 6 Mile Cypress Slough and it’s free except for $1 an hour parking. There are so many cool things to see and do in the area and we barely scratched the surface.A wonderful stay in a lovely home! We will return and rent here again - and plan for a longer visit next time. We were all sad to leave.
