Being only a short distance to the beach access means you can walk there with your morning coffee, or drink in hand to enjoy the spectacular evening sunsets! The Blue Heron features a living room, dining room, fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and private backyard complete with heated pool, outdoor seating, grill and shower. The beach house is equipped with plenty of beach toys for you to use, including beach chairs, umbrella, and a wagon to easily carry your supplies. You will enjoy being within walking distance to the marina as well as shopping and restaurants. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and flat screen TV.

AMI offers a FREE trolley service every 20 minutes from 6 a.m. – 10 p.m. The trolley travels from the north end of Anna Maria Island to Coquina Beach.
