The home has two separate living areas. The main entranceway opens to a sitting room offering peaceful views of the waterway and direct access to the sun deck. This area offers a relaxing atmosphere and “quiet” area away from the main family room. Next to the sitting room is an attractive dining area with stylish modern furnishings, ideal for casual dining or for that special romantic celebration.
The main family room offers a second spacious living area with ample seating for six and a large wide screen TV. The family room also enjoys beautiful open views of the waterway and access directly to the pool and sun deck. The Interior design blends the informal Floridian lifestyle with a distinct casual waterfront atmosphere.
Enjoy air-conditioned dining indoors, or enjoy dining outside under the shimmering stars. Guests will appreciate the spacious kitchen with many amenities to make cooking and dining a pleasure, including blender, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and an extensive selection of quality appliances. A walk-in utility room has family washer and dryer. Adjacent to the kitchen, the breakfast nook overlooks the pool deck & provides casual dining for six.

No parties, events, ceremonies or gatherings involving additional persons are permitted on the premises. All overnight guests must be included in the guest count (this includes children). Please respect our neighbors - no loud music in the outside pool area.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the house.
Reservation must be in the name of a member of the traveling party who is 25 or older.
Any unlawful activity or excessive disturbances are grounds for eviction.
We ask guests to observe quiet hours after 10.00pm when in the outside deck/pool area.

I currently work in a high stress environment and really needed time to relax and re-energize. My wife and I found this listing through Florida Rentals which was further south Florida than we normally would visit. The drive down was long but worth it. Everything looked perfect and all of the accommodations were there for the task at hand (relaxation). The next trip will be for longer and maybe even buy in this area. Thanks so much for your rental.
