Perfect vacation home!!!

We had the pleasure of staying in Todd and Mary’s Gulf Breeze home in mid-August and we had the best time! The weather was perfect (not humid and sunshine every day with a short storm in the afternoon for a few of the days we were there). You can see the Gulf from the front porch, and it is a quick walk across the street to the beach. This home has everything you will need for your vacation, so all you need to do is bring clothes and your bathing suits. The best part! Gulf Breeze is clean and cozy and has an amazing screened in pool/hot tub. You may find it hard to leave at all, even for the beach! Our kids have said our vacation to Ft. Myers Beach is their favorite one yet!

We're Back Again!!!

This home is fabulous!!! We've have stayed at this home several times (last time July-Aug 2022), and never disappoints! The new sofas were beautiful and very comfortable. All the reviews are right on point. The house is immaculate upon arrival, and the kitchen is fully stocked with essentials. Very conveniently located to Publix, dinning, shopping and the best part the beach is just across the street. We travel with our precious Ginger, Cavalier King Charles, and it is a very dog friendly home. We love the front porch for lunch, and the back porch right out of the second bedroom overseeing the enclosed pool is wonderful. The floats, bikes, bar-b-que are wonderful to have and readily available. Looking forward to next year's vacation rental in 2023.

Back Again and Better Than Ever!

We had a great time and really enjoyed the upgrades Todd and Mary made to the house. Gulf Breeze is the perfect place to get away, relax, and enjoy the pool and beach. It is located on a quieter part of the island away from the tourist foot traffic. The house is very clean and there isn't anything more you could want when you get there. Should you have any questions, the house manager (Tina) is available and very nice.The bedrooms are beautifully decorated with tropical coverings over very comfortable beds. The baths have plenty of premium towels. The cabana room downstairs has a comfortable bed, bath, refrigerator, Keurig, microwave, and washer/dryer. Bicycles, beach chairs, floats, etc. are also provided.Every kitchen utensil, pots, pans, spices, coffee pot and Keurig, blender, toaster, microwave, dishes, cups, glasses, paper towels, laundry & dish washing soap, etc. are furnished so it's move in ready. A Weber gas BBQ is also provided. It's very convenient having Publix down the street to do food shopping.Don't want to cook? No problem! There are restaurants in both directions for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Many are seafood related, but you will find Italian, Mexican, German and Greek on the island also. We enjoyed going to Fish Tales, Dixie Fish Company, Heavenly Biscuit, Royal Scoop Ice Cream and Tuckaway Cafe. One day we picked up a pound of fresh off the boat gulf shrimp from Trico Shrimp Company and had shrimp cocktail. Great for a hot day.The beach is across the street and pedestrian access is feet away. Really enjoyed both the front and back decks for eating and relaxing outdoors. The pool and spa are crystal clear and are just what's needed for relief of the Summer heat.A big plus is that we could bring our two dogs to enjoy the house with us. The floors are tile so it's easy to clean up if necessary. We didn't want them to make any marks on the leather couches so we put a blanket on them just in case. Ft. Myers Beach is dog friendly as long as you keep them on a leash and clean up if necessary. What is a real bonus for your dogs is a 6 acre dog beach between Ft. Myers and Bonita Beach. The dogs can run loose with other dogs, and the white sand beaches are naturally beautiful.We have rented from Todd and Mary 4 or 5 times now and they are great owners, making sure everything is taken care of. Can't wait to return again.

Wonderful Stay!

We've rented from Todd & Mary at their other homes, but this was our first time staying at this property. It has been ideal! Todd & Mary are wonderful owners and hosts. They were so kind to even have a few pool toys for our toddler. They are extremely responsive, and easy to contact should you need anything (even great restaurant suggestions!). The home has everything we needed, and is right across the street from the beach. Plenty of room for our family of 3 + our dog. We love how dog friendly the property is, and the pool is wonderful! The house was very clean upon arrival. We won't rent from anyone else in FMB anytime soon. We appreciate a much needed get away and we couldn't recommend this house and Todd & Mary enough!

Perfect pet friendly home across street from beach.

We stayed in the home for the month of January and it was everything we had hoped for. This was our 8th year of spending January in Fort Myers Beach and it was by far the best home we have stayed in. Fully stocked with all the necessities, new furniture, comfortable beds, heated pool and spa that were actually heated not like other homes we have stayed at, even newer bikes that we used to enjoy the neighborhood. The mid island location is ideal. Tina, their contact on the island to deal with any issues is a joy to work with. We hope to be back next year.

It's been many years, but we loved our stays - SIX stars every time

We stayed here in December of 2007, March of 2008, and January of 2013. Every time we stayed was an amazing experience, and we did not want to leave. The location is perfect. The house is immaculate and welcoming. The pool and hot tub are so relaxing. Todd and Mary are the perfect hosts. We brought our labrador retriever the first two times, and our Golden Retriever the last time. We haven't been back since 2013 because of personal commitments that have kept us close to home (in NC) for the past 8 years. But we hope to return soon. Todd and Mary: thanks for ALWAYS making us feel so welcome.

Incredible home that you need to book NOW!

This home was so amazing. It is very conveniently located right across the street from the beach and not far from many food and grocery options. In addition to the location, the home itself is beautiful and stocked with anything you could ever think of needing on a vacation--kitchen utensils, beach chairs, pool toys, books, and DVDs. The spa and pool were amongst my favorite amenities at this home--super clean and spacious with a lot of lounging space! I cannot wait to return to this amazing getaway! Todd and Mary are incredible hosts who really do think of everything!

Week of solace

I had a wonderful time with family in this lovely home. Everything was provided. Anything you wanted or needed was there, from pool toys to bikes to kitchen supplies. It was so close to the beach and great to come back to. This great get-away home is perfect! You can't go wrong staying here. Its even close to restaurants and fun shops. Exceptional!

Thank you so much for sharing! This house has everything you could need during your trip ie... bikes, chairs,umbrella, full stocked kitchen wear. The house is located right across the street from the beach with an easy walk. We loved breakfast on the front deck each morning and the pool/spa is beautiful. We prefer this end of the island due to less traffic. Tina was great and a call away if you need anything, they also spoil you with goodies. They key lime pie from Zuzy’s Little Bakery was the best! We were blessed to be able to bring our fur family and share this with them. They loved every minute as did we! We look forward to future stays.

Best Kept Secret

This home is absolutely fabulous. We have stayed here several times for our vacations, with this one being our fourth??!! We can't say enough about how much we love this home. It has everything you need. The enclosed pool/spa area is wonderful. Location, location as they say, this home is perfectly located, beach just across the street, Publix a few blocks away and yes shopping and dinning, entertainment is just a short drive away. You have it all and yet still have the serenity of a peaceful vacation. The hosts' Todd and Mary are always available for any concerns and their local manager Tina is great! Can't wait for next year's vacation stay.

Great place at FMB

We loved our stay here. Beautiful place, decorated nice. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen equipped nicely. We walked across the street to go to the beach. Pool & spa was awesome. Outdoor areas had really nice furniture. Downstairs mini apartment would be great if you had someone with you that either needed privacy to work or maybe not close family. It was nice to walk into it directly from the pool. Loved the covered porches. The whole place was super clean too. Highly recommend this beautiful place.

This house was perfect, as usual!!

We've been renting from Todd and Mary for years. This house is our favorite. Convenient location close to some stores but away from the spring breakers. Beach is directing across the street and easy to access. The only issue we had was with an Uber driver that never showed for our pick up to the airport. I called the house manager and she was so kind and gracious to come and get us and take us to the airport at the crack of dawn. Thank you for being such caring people. We will most definitely be returning. Only next time NO UBER!!!

Perfect Beach Home!

Our family had a fantastic time in this great beach home. We loved all this rental had to offer! The private pool with spa and lanai was our favorite. We loved the location to the beach, the beach chairs/wagon and the bikes. We also enjoyed all of the outdoor seating — so many great options! It was nice to be able to grill as well. The weather was great, and the house had all we needed (books, movies, beach towels, etc). We also appreciated the extra treats the Nolls provided. We look forward to returning!

LOVED it!

This was our seventh visit to FMB, and without a doubt, our best! EVERYTHING... from booking to the accommodations, was wonderful. Mary and Todd were gracious hosts (thanks for the welcome gifts!), and Tina and Warren were easily accessible. Picture are completely "on point", and as they say. "Location, Location, Location"! Have already booked for next year, and are eagerly looking forward to our return!

Great & Relax Vacations

We rented the house for 7 days to relax and disconnect from our new “Pandemic” life. We had a very nice Girls getaway. The house is very nice and it has everything you need. We really enjoyed the pool as well. Mary and Todd, the owners, are nice and very attentive. Tina, The house Manager, was very nice as well. She showed us the house and patiently explained everything to us. We also met Trisha and she is very nice too. We highly recommend this Vacation Rental and we are hoping to be back soon. Perfect Getaway!!!

My brother an I planned a weekend getaway for our mom and found this perfect vacation home! The layout of the home was perfect for us. My mom and her husband occupied the bottom bedroom, which has its own bathroom, refrigerator, and personal space. They have quick access to the pool, which worked out great! Due to COVID, we chose to make dinner every night. The kitchen has EVERYTHING that you would need to make a complete meal, Mary and Todd thought of everything! The beach is right across the street, the house is equipped with anything you would need to enjoy a day on the beach. On Saturday, we rented a pontoon at Fish Tale Marina, that was AWESOME! Tina, the property manager (I believe) was extremely helpful and sweet....as so are Mary and Todd! I would definitely be back, thank you guys for making this a home, not just a vacation rental!

Perfect family vacation!

Our family vacation was fabulous from beginning to end. The house was lovely, spacious, comfortable & clean. There was plenty to do for all of us. Our weather was perfect! Todd and Mary were perfect hosts that checked if we had everything we needed! They even suggested many places to dine!Gulf Breeze is well stocked! The garage is stocked with everything you could need. Beach Chairs (the nice ones) sun umbrellas, a beach cart to make everything easier, and the little table that was perfect for the sand. If you have young children, there is every sand toy available to spend time building sand-castles. We used the bikes often. If you need a float for the pool or noodle to float, they have them too!With everything in the world happening, the kitchen is well stocked and we enjoyed cooking many of our own meals. The Webber grill was perfect! A quick stop at Costco, and we were set! Mary thinks of everything for the kitchen.We all especially loved the pool with jacuzzi. The temperature of the water was perfect. We enjoyed taking dips in the pool after the sun set many nights.The area was so tranquil & the sunsets were great to watch. We have wonderful pictures of the sunsets. Since the ocean is just a quick walk across the street, we would run over to get great pictures.The full size washer and dryer was perfect. The beds are comfortable. If you run out of reading material, there are shelves of books to borrow.Tina, the house manager is very friendly & nice! She was available if any issues arose, but we didn't have any! She even check to make sure we had enough beach towels!!Todd and Mary, thank you so much for allowing us to share your home. We hope to come again!

Fantastic beach vacation

We stayed the first week of July and there is nothing negative about this house. I traveled with my 10 year old and cleanliness was a huge factor and this house did not disappoint!!! Everything was super clean!! Access to the beach is just across the street which was perfect! Everything you need for a beach day is available in the garage along with a washer and dryer that work well. We even saw dolphins while drinking our morning coffee. The bus stop is just up the street from the house but we never used it as we had a rental. The owners are very fast to respond with any issues and even recommended an amazing captain for our fishing charter as well as area restaurants. Loved the pool!! Spacious and the waterfall/ hot tub feature is a nice bonus! If we visit Fort Myers beach again, we will not hesitate to book with Todd and Mary again.

Amazing girls trip

This trip is just what I needed with my friends and my sister!! This house was perfect in every way!! Everything we needed was there! All the beach supplies, towels wagon, etc. The pool was so refreshing!! It was just the most relaxing atmosphere ever. Would highly recommend!! Definitely 5 stars!!! ABSOLUTLEY PERFECT!!!!!!!!!

We came down for a short girls trip for a friend of mine who is battling cancer and who so needed a getaway. This house is amazing! They thought of everything!! They have beach towels,chairs,umbrellas,coolers,everything you need for the beach! So close to the beach! The house was very very clean! Very close to all the restaurants! The pool was amazing!! We will definitley stay here again!!!! I give this place 5 stars!!! We ate ALOT!!! We went parasailing! We really enjoyed out stay!!!!

Girls get away

We did a girls trip specifically for my sister who is battling cancer and it was the best 4 days ever! The house was beautiful, comfortable, relaxing and just perfect for us. It was nice to be so close to the beach and to be able to come back from the beach for lunch and dinner and just a short walk back to the beach. We had an amazing time relaxing by the pool. This house was perfect!!!

Amazing weekend after Covid19

Todd & Mary graciously allowed us to rent for 3 nights over Memorial Day weekend. Tina, their manager met us at the house to go over everything and how it worked. Despite some rain, we had a wonderful family weekend with our grown children. The house was extremely clean and items had been wiped down due to Covid 19. We absolutely loved the pool & Jacuzzi. We felt having our own personal pool would be safer than using a public one right now. We were greeted with some goodies upon arrival which was much appreciated. I highly recommend this property, and look forward to staying again.

Great House!

This rental beach house was very clean and had plenty of room for our whole family. The pool and hot tube were at perfect temperatures and clean as well. Right across the street from the beach and close to many restaurants. I would highly recommend and we do plan on going back to Gulf Breeze.

Beautiful Home!

Gorgeous home with pool and spa right across the street from the beach! The house itself is beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook at home on those nights you are staying in. I would definitely recommend this rental to friends. Keep your eye out for dolphins in the ocean, and catch the trolley for dinner at any of the numerous waterfront restaurants! We will be returning again next month!

Gulf Breeze is such a beautiful home.

Staying in Gulf Breeze was such an amazing experience. The home was wonderfully accommodating, both in amenities and location. This is a perfect place to spend with friends or family, whether you want to sit on the patio and read a book, or take a dip in the pool Gulf Breeze has got it. Perfect

Paradise Found

Great location an easy 3 minute walk to the beach. The Noll’s provided everything: beach towel, beach caddie, pool floats, full library, ton of movies, iron, hair dryers and the list goes on. The house was immaculate with a bottle of wine, Evian and snacks. The pool and spa was heavenly. Loved the mother in law suite because we had three generations at the house. We will be back!
