The sun is shining, the water is emerald green and clear and the sand is pure white and soft! Get the wagon out from under the bunks, fill the cooler (provided) with your favorite drinks and snacks! We have everything you need for a day at the beach: beach chairs, beach towels, and floaties! Make the short trip to the soft sand and claim your spot! Feel the breeze on your face while reading your favorite book, and just relax.

Head back to your condo for lunch in the cool air conditioning. After lunch, take a refreshing dip in the pool. It's heated on cooler days or enjoy the hot tub year-round. Maybe a nice nap after the dip in the pool, why not?! You are on vacation!!

For dinner, grill some sizzling steaks on BBQ located below the balcony. After dinner, watch the sunset from the comfy Adirondack chairs on the private, gated balcony.

After the sun sets, grab the lanterns and head back to the beach for a romantic walk by the light of the moon. Feel the waves lap at your feet and the sea breeze blowing on your face. It's a whole other kind of beautiful, private, and secluded feeling at night. It can also be pretty exciting to catch a fireworks show from your balcony after dark!

Head in to watch your favorite Netflix show together or play one of the many board games or listen to your favorite music on the Alexa. Maybe you want to settle in for a romantic movie or a cuddle on the sofa-sleeper. The 49" smart TV has cable, Amazon, and Netflix for all of your viewing needs!

Be sure to take advantage and wash all the swimsuits and towels in the hall washer/dryer to be ready for another big day of fun tomorrow! Forget your charger? Not to worry, you'll find a convenient charging station with room for up to six devices. It's been a great day but it's time to get another awesome night's sleep to have more fun tomorrow. The kids will love the hall bunks, especially made for them!

They also have an AMC Movie Theater and underwater-themed bowling alley. There is something for everyone at Destin Commons! There is a Bass Pro in that same shopping area as well as a Whole Foods! Publix is nearby as well.

Nearby family fun includes The Track - Amusement park with go-karts, mini-golf, bumper cars & boats, kids' rides & arcade. Big Kahunas Water Park has rides, slides, waves, rivers, and pools! They also have the Skycoaster for thrill-seekers.

We Strongly encourage renters to get rental insurance. Make sure there is a CFAR (cancel for any reason) clause in it - this is usually an upgrade but would cover weather and virus/illness. It's a fraction of the cost of the trip and peace of mind you won't lose any money!

Unique Benefits

We are a corner unit. Less neighbor noise and complete privacy with a large, gated wrap around balcony. We believe in a good nights sleep! We have all new beds and added toppers to the Master King bed for extra comfort. We also have sound machines to assist in your great nights sleep! Black out curtains will let you sleep in. We have cable in the living room and the bedroom as well as Amazon, so you'll never miss your favorite shows. We are in a smaller community - just 3 floors. It's quieter and more homey than a high rise. We are walking distance to 3 great restaurants - heading west you'll find Camille's - Restaurant up top serves locally caught seafood with a wide menu, while the cafe downstairs has awesome coffee, great breakfast and lunch and live music. 790 is a fabulous beach-side restaurant with a delicious more upscale menu. Heading East you'll find Crap Trap, a popular beach-side restaurant with awesome views.

Why Kids Love It

Kids love the bunk beds with new mattresses in the hall! They love the poufs under the coffee table too. The Alexa with loaded games is also a big hit with the kids.
