Rate Details: Rent: $3,600/Mo Sept thru Nov; $4,200/Mo May thru Aug; $4,600/Mo Dec thru April. Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. If your plans are for less than a month we may be able to help with other properties. Please call the office. Additional Charges : $230 departure cleaning fee; reservation fee 3.9% of base rent, and 12.5% state and local taxes. Refundable Security Deposit :$500 with Accidental damage insurance $1000 without. There is a required application and $100 fee charged by the condo association. Utility Caps/Mo: $ 150 electricity. The owner pays up to this amount. If there is an overage, the amount will be deducted from the security deposit and a copy of the bill will be provided.
Optional Insurances: Accidental Damage Insurance :$45 covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay. Travel Insurance :This is an optional service we offer through a national travel insurance provider. Plans include valuable medical coverage, trip interruption, emergency travel services and more. Please note: We are not licensed in the states of NY and HI and cannot offer either of these insurances to guests from these states.

My stay at the Palms has been one of my best vacations. The views, the fishing, the pool and great people. The condo was simply gorgeous , fully stocked and the people were oh so nice. I cant wait to go back.
