The 4th bedroom is currently furnished as an office with a queen sleeper sofa. There is an additional queen sleeper sofa in the reading room. The master suite, located on the 3rd floor features a large flat screen TV, ensuite bath and French doors to two balconies - one overlooking the pool and dock area plus another larger balcony with comfortable seating in the front of the house. There are stairs from this balcony (not spiral) to a fabulous roof top viewing area. The 3rd bedroom is located on this level as well and offers French doors to the front balcony. The outdoor ground level living area offers a lovely pool with several seating and dining areas, an additional gas BBQ and a fire pit. The dock is 60’ with a 20,000 lb. boat lift and space for a 2nd boat if you are bringing two. There’s a large covered fish cleaning station with water to clean your catch. This property is gated and provides off street parking for 2 or 3 vehicles plus a boat trailer depending on their sizes. There is a 60' dock with a 20,000 lb. lift on one end and space for an additional boat. Guest may use lift if boat size and weight are approved. Charges to adjust lift for guest boat and return to owner's settings will be at guest expense. Current registration and insurance is required for all watercraft docked at this property. Pet Fees: Pets are accepted at this property on a case by case basis. If your pet is accepted there is an additional security deposit of $200 for one pet and $300 for two pets. There is an additional $45 pet cleaning fee. Travel Insurance: Travel Insurance is optional and offered through a national travel insurance provider.
