Our Vacation Home is situated only 3 miles to the Disney theme parks entrance, in a Private, Gated Estate Community that is convenient to many restaurants and shopping. Right off of 192 you will be able to easily get to and from Disney or Universal with ease!
With 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms everyone in your family will have their own space. 3 of the bedrooms are King Suites with private, attached bathrooms. One King Suite is located on the 1st floor, and it has it's own attached bathroom with Garden Soaking tub and shower combo. In addition, there is a main floor bathroom with access to the pool and back patio.
Our upgraded kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to make any meal! Save money on eating out by preparing your own breakfast everyday before heading out to the parks. There is additional plastic ware and drink ware for the pool area. Whether it is a cozy family dinner, or a Thanksgiving Feast, you will find everything you need here.
After spending the day exploring Disney or Universal Studios, come home and take a refreshing dip in the private pool and spa. (Pool is heated year round for a minimal daily fee). There is a secure pool safety fence to protect your little ones, and the pool area is screened in completely from those pesky Florida bugs. The Villa has the best placement in this community. It is located at the end of the cul de sac and has a large, extended grassy side yard with no rear or side neighbors. The privacy and quietness is Perfect for a relaxing vacation! An extended south facing sun deck off the kitchen allows you to bask in the Florida sunshine all day long! There is an additional patio dining area on the side yard as well, with a BBQ grill and lounge chairs. Propane for the grill is provided for you at no cost.
Tons of amenities in this home will have you never wanting to leave! There is a Professional Style Home Theater with 110-inch projector screen, and PS3 gaming system, and surround sound. Rent a Movie from the nearby Red Box, or watch one of from our DVD Library. Seating for your whole family in luxury leather couches, plus additional comfy bean bags. In Each bedroom you will find they each have their own flat screen TV and DVD players. The open loft has another PS3, computer station with printer, and another large screen TV.
Our Villa is very close to several restaurants (just down the street), as well as shopping centers and conveniences. Right down the street from HWY 192, you will find easy access to everything you need!

Rest assured we have a local Property Manager who will be available to you during your trip, should anything come up that you need assistance with. If you need anything at all before, during, or after your stay, we are available to you! From the moment you book, you’ll be provided timely and helpful communications regarding your trip.
*Free WiFi is included, as well as parking, phone, cable, A/C, and ceiling fans in every room, and lots of toys for the kids! We also supply our guests with portable cribs, strollers, high chair, back packs, and coolers for use while you're at the theme parks.* We supply a starter set of amenities as well, including shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. Guests are responsible for any supplies needed beyond what is provided at check in.
Our home is VERY Close to Disneyworld! One of the few gated communities that is a close drive by care, under 10 minutes! Take an Uber and you won't need to worry about parking!
Why Kids Love It
Kids love that there is a private pool and hot tub to play in! They also love that there is a huge Movie Theater with giant bean bag chairs and comfy theater style couches to lounge on while watching TV, Movies, or playing Playstation!
We have a variety of Family friendly movies, and games, but there is also a grocery store up the street that has a red box in front to find those brand new releases!
In the Heart of the Formosa Gardens District, Our Villa is very close to several restaurants (just down the street), as well as shopping centers and conveniences. Right down the street from HWY 192, you will find easy access to everything you need!

My intention is to provide a fun, family friendly home that will allow all visitors to create one of a kind memories! This vacation home has been welcoming visitors from around the world for years, and I hope to continue for many more to come.

Why this property? My family loves Disney and it has always been our dream to own our own piece of it, and this home is in the Perfect Location to get to all Disney parks in a matter of minutes. The community is right off the main roads, so it's convenient to everything, yet tucked away in a private area with mature trees, and lots of privacy. Our Vacation home is situated at the end of the street, with no homes behind us or on one side. I love the space, and it is always quiet and relaxing there!
