The golf course is rated as one of the best in SWFL and GolfNow rated it as #1. A new short game practice and large putting green lets you hone your skills. Driving range available with all the balls you can hit. Bordering the Picayune state forest there are many deer roaming the property at all hours of the day. We find this very beautiful and peaceful.
Fully furnished including all linens and towels. Dishes, silverware, small appliances all included. There are even beach chairs, pool noodles and beach towels ! Just bring your suitcase and enjoy paradise.
Tenants have access to fitness center 24/7. There is a business center in the lobby of admin offices with iPad and printer for your use.

Forest Glen is a vibrant and active community featuring 4 har tru tennis courts, newly installed pickle ball courts, bocce courts, community pool at clubhouse plus a pool at the condo. The Eagles Nest is a poolside outdoor cabana bar/restaurant with flat screen TV's, circular bar and table dining. Watch the golfers as they approach the 9th and 18th green from your seats here. Wait service also available at the pool. Tenants have access to fully equipped fitness center 24/7. There are multiple paved walking trails that meander thru the abutting Picayune state forest. Great location with easy access to I-75 and easy drive to 5th Ave, 3rd St. and the gulf beaches. 20 minutes to Marco Island. Convenient to banks, restaurants and retail shopping.

Why this property? This is our 2nd rental property in Naples. We chose this property for it's location and outstanding golf course. We use this condo as well as rent it so it is constantly updated and well cared for
