Why this property? This 'Old Florida' Vintage property is appealing for his historic charm. The high ceilings, and wood floors are stunning. We took a home that need to be revitalized to its original charm of the 1950's. The Ballantine Manor Estates was occupied by professionals, who wanted a short drive to Sarasota. It was a most desirable neighborhood of its day! Many properties in Ballantine Manor are being revived and updated with multi-million dollar homes facing Sarasota Bay.

Tropical Serenity near the Bay
One half block to amazing daily sunsets is the traditional Florida home we have stayed for three months this fall. Interiors are spacious and harmonious. Hardwood floors lots of light and dog friendly made this perfect for our family. Kitchen is adequate but you have everything you need. Behind rows of lush Palm trees and a colorful hedge is a full sized salt water pool that we enjoyed very much. The neighborhood is safe and friendly. On maps the location looks sketchy but it is close to everything cultural, 29 minutes to Lido Beach or Siesta Key. The realtor is very sweet and available at the stop of a hat should you need anything. We definitely will stay here again. Such a wonderful home.
