About the Property
Updated, light, airy, amazing views, pretty, clean, nicely furnished, great amenities, those are some of the comments we frequently hear or read when guests describe "Gulf Interlude" The beach front, two bedroom two bath condominium is perfect for an intimate weekend get-away, a memory making family vacation or an active 2nd home for Snowbirds. We have several returning guests and would love to meet more.
The king size master suite with en-suite tub/shower combination bath has a walk in closet and private access to the Gulf front, furnished balcony (a perfect spot for early morning quiet time as the beach wakes for the day) The second bedroom is furnished with a full/queen bed, window with view towards the Lagoon, at night you can see the lights of the Hathaway Bridge) The 2nd bedroom has private access to the 2nd full bath with walk-in shower. There is also access to this bathroom from the hall.
The kitchen is completely furnished with ample cooking and service ware. There is a reach in pantry and a full size stack washer and dryer off the kitchen. The kitchen is open to the condo allowing the cook to see the Gulf of Mexico while preparing meals. Dining room has ample room for 8 people to break bread together, six at the table and two at the breakfast bar.
The living room is comfortable and attractive, decorated with colors reflecting the open sky and Gulf steps away and observed from every seat in the air-conditioned living room. That's a very welcoming interlude during warm afternoons when it's time for a break from the sun and surf. The balcony accessed from the living room is the perfect spot for beach combing, alfresco dining, sharing romantic sunsets and special time gazing at the thousands of stars and moon above, reflecting on the surface of the gulf below.
The living room and bedrooms have flat screen televisions, including music channels. In addition to the high speed cable and wifi, you might want to bring your ROKU stick to use on the smart TV.
The Dunes of Panama has the largest beach front of all resorts on PCB. With 1500 feet, there is more than enough room for everyone. Even on the 4th of July, there's room to play a game of Beach Volley Ball.
Jet Ski, Banana Boat and other items are for rent right in front of the E. building. That's the same building you're staying in if you're a guest of Gulf Interlude.
