With only a 10-minute drive to Disney World and minutes from I-4, this home will give you the chance to visit the many other magical places that Florida has to offer.
The home backs onto conservation land and offers beautiful views and privacy. (See if you can spot the White Heron from the pool area!)
It is stylishly furnished throughout with no expense spared in the furnishing.Downstairs there is an open plan living area ( with 42' Plasma T.V ) and dining area leading onto the kitchen and patio area. The Master Bedroom (downstairs) has a king 4-poster bed and off this is a double master ensuite with direct access to the pool area. Upstairs are the 4 further bedrooms all furnished to the highest standards together with the Games room . This has a comfortable sitting area, 42-inch plasma TV, Air Hockey, Pool table and other games.
From the brick paved upgraded pool and spa area you can enjoy the conservation views and privacy.

Area Information
Some Activities we like to do ...( when not in the parks )
1. Celebration ...a couple of exits up from I4-- this is a town that Disney built around a lake .Go to Market Street ( main street ) There are nice restaurants , little shops etc and a great ice cream shop here called Kilwins... very nice to spend an evening here sitting on the rocking chairs eating ice cream and
watching for alligators in the lake ....
2. Mini golf .. on the 192 ...
3. Winter Park... is a suburb north of Orlando ( Exit 86 )... head for Park avenue .. nice independant stores , lovely wine bars and restaurants. There
is a boat tour around the lake which is also very nice ..
4. Oldtown ...if you are into Vintage cars this is a great spot to have a ramble around . They do nightly car cruises on Fridays and Saturdays and occasionally on Wednesday night . There are lots of entertaining little shops and activities for the kids.
5. Mount Dora..about 50 minutes drive from the villa...lovely American village built on a lake with lovely local shops ,restaurants etc. If you have the time it is well worth a visit. It is possible to do a Seaplane,rail and boat trip of the lake in Mount Dora and this is very enjoyable but needs booking well in advance. Lake Dora by land , Air and Sea Packages ...
For a budget but affordable meal here look up Jeremiahs "Gastropub"..it isnt fancy but from our experience the food is good.
6..... And of course Shopping ......2 outlet malls just off I4 plus 2 shopping malls ( Florida Mall and the Millenia Mall )....orlando is a shoppers paradise...

Irene L.Perfect Family Weekend
Needed extra room for visiting family and this home worked out perfectly. It was clean and well supplied with everything we needed. Pool and spa were heated when we arrived. We saved money by cooking all our own meals, so having kitchen full of all we needed from silverware to pots and pans, was so convenient. Location was in quiet neighborhood, but around neighbors that didn’t mind my grandchildren playing and splashing outside. Highly recommend.

Sharon N.UTOPIA - best describes our vacation in this villa for the month of February
This villa was in the perfect location for us to enjoy as a couple and for my two sons and their children to visit for a week. The owner of the property answered all of my questions promptly and Laura and Gavin from the property management company were wonderful. Everyone enjoyed the beautiful pool and hot tub. I cannot say enough about the location; when my sons families were here we visited Universal Studios for 3 days, visited Mount Dora and rode the paddleboat, rode the airboat at Wild Willy's, visited Bok Towers, and ate at local restaurants that were recommended by the owner. Of course it was really nice that the weather was wonderful. great escape from Pennsylvania winter. I highly recommend this villa; my 5 grandchildren loved the game room upstairs; it was their getaway from grandparents and parents.
