Sandpiper Cove, smack in the heart of Destin, is a private gated community only one to two blocks away from the grocery, drug store, movie theater, stores, and restaurants. In fact, one of Destin's premier restaurants is even on the premises. Amenities abound, including six tennis courts (free), five pools, hot tubs, and a FREE 9 hole par 3 golf course.

Our unit is a Two Bedroom- Two Bath jewel located on the golf course and within walking distance to the beach. We have two TVs, including one High Definition Smart TV, two DVD players, washer and dryer, central heat/air, and a huge deck with umbrella overlooking the golf course. Free wireless internet and unlimited long distance within US and Canada.

Sandpiper has private beach access, private parking, and a pavilion on the beach with a full service snack bar. The beach offers sailing, parasailing, jet skis, and ocean kayaks. If you visit just once, you will understand why we really don't call it our home away from home, but our PARADISE away from home.

Highly recommend this diamond in the rough! Unit is towards the end of the building which is great for parking area. Didn’t have to fight with other guests. Walking distance from the pool, we had it to ourselves for a couple of hours and it was great! Owner had beach chairs , huge umbrella and tubes for us to bring the beach in. We brought them in our boat day, what a blast. The Waits family are very nice and quick response. Always get back with you no more than 24 hrs. Now let’s talk about he unit, very spacious for a family of 5 had a 9,7 and 4 year old. The unit is right in front of hole 3. Would come here again!

The condo was just as advertised with the perfect amount of room for our getaway! It was a quick and easy little drive across the street to the beach, and it's a private becach so we never really had to worry about finding space. With multiple pools and hot tubs, there was always a place for us to go when we weren't on the beach. Restaurants and activities and shopping were super close and convenient. Louisiana Lagniappe restaurant is in Sand Piper Cove and it was a great place to eat one night. Would definitely recommend staying here and we will most likely stay here again!

Fit our needs

Overall a great place for our family of 5. The beds were fairly comfortable and showers worked great. A beautiful side view down to the beach and an easy walk down to the beach once taking the elevator. The bedrooms were rather bright by 6am and the kitchen does have an assortment of well used dishes and cooking utensils. No spices or anything like that besides salt. The condo was exceedingly quick to reply when we requested a new cooking pan since the other one was completely scratched up. They also send someone up the same day when we noticed the kitchen sink was leaking. The couches and living area were very comfortable and we enjoyed the tv in the master bedroom. We would stay here again

Sandpiper Cove

Condo owners were flexible and easy to work with. Area was great. Within short drive of many local places; restaurants, events, activities, etc.

Great little place!

We had a great time here. Very easy to work with. Clean and neat. We had our own laundry and well stocked kitchen. Close to the beach. Even played some tennis. They had a couple rackets in the condo too and a few beach toys and chairs.
