Why Kids Love It
Pool is fenced in and the size is manageable. My nieces and nephews love it and all the amusements on Treasure Island Beach.
Area Information
Although covered parking space comes with the unit, no car is necessary with great trolley and bus service that will take you up and down Gulf Boulevard as far south as Pass-A-Grille, the historic Don Cesar hotel and east to hip & artsy downtown St. Pete where you will run smack into a culture mashup of famous museums such as the Dali, Fine Arts & Chihuly.
Downtown Tampa's Ybor City will bring you that much closer to Cuba, while Orlando is just two hours away with all its theme park madness.
Foodies will appreciate the dining scene from Tampa to downtown St. Pete to little gems along Central Avenue, like the caj Taco Bus with an outpost of Taco Bus right off Gulf Blvd.
Attractions Within Walking Distance
Quirky John's Pass with its eclectic shops and fish shacks as well as a super-duper Publix are both within walking distance.
Favorite Places To Eat
Taco Bus on Central Avenue! There’s an annex sans wheels right down the street on Gulf Blvd
Inside Scoop
The drumming circle on Treasure Island Beach is a must see on Sundays at sunset. A great way to prepare for the week ahead

About the owner: I'm a travel journalist who has visited 103 countries, lives in NYC and summers in my sweet Italian village in the Campania region.
Florida has been special to me since I was a broadcast student at the University of Miami, and my college beau with a jeep introduced me to the Gulf coast, and I immediately fell in love with the laid-back lifestyle.
Why this property? I love the Jimmy Buffett vibe of Florida's Gulf Coast, and this condo fit the bill with its knockout view of the intracoastal and proximity to such a gorgeous beach.
Cross Gulf Blvd and you are there!
I completely renovated the condo, opening it up and making it a very airy, welcoming and comfortable space for fun and relaxation. And, there's even a Margaritaville bicycle, sent directly from Jimmy! A parrothead paradise.

Very comfortable and homey
This being our first time doing this Val was the greatest. Her condo felt like home when we walked in. Every thing was spotless and super clean. Everything that you need was there except for the rib eye steaks :)) The large sliding windows gave a nice view and for morning coffee, even spotted a dolphin swimming by. Pool was very nice but we just sat by it and were never in it. It does get a little chilly in January. We both have mobility challenges so did not do much walking around the area, there is bus service very close. Also just across the bridge is Johns Pass for food and boat rides. Would we rent Vals condo again??. YES we would. Thank you Val for everything.
