Villa Brightwater was newly renovated in 2021 and is very bright and modern furnished. On 327m², spread on 2 floors, it offers space for 12 guests in 6 bedrooms.
The large heated pool with skin-friendly salt water invites you to linger. Of course the pool and lanai area is surrounded by a screen.
Each room has its own TV, in the game room even a PlayStation 5 is waiting for our guests. The Samsung smart TV’s are equipped with Hulu and Netflix.
Villa Brightwater also offers 4 kayaks to explore the mangroves - an adventure for the whole family.

Cancellation fee:
- Free cancellation up to 180 days before the beginning of the rental period;
- admin fee 7 or more days after booking: 3 % of total rental cost with a maximum of $250/€200
- 35 % of the total rental cost if a cancellation is made 180 to 60 days before the beginning of the rental period
- 50 % of the total rental cost if a cancellation is made 60 to 30 days before the beginning of the rental period
- 100 % of the total rental cost if a cancellation is made less than 30 days before the beginning of the rental period
