FIRST ROW TO THE OCEAN (TENNIS COURTS ARE IN FRONT OF OUR ROW OF BUILDINGS ON GOOLE MAPS) AND A ONE-MINUTE WALK TO PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS. WE ARE LOCATED IN THE BEAUTIFUL VILLAGES OF SEAPORT COMPLEX WHICH INCLUDES THREE POOLS AND A KIDDIE POOL!!!
We are offering our two bedrooms two and a half bathroom townhome located in the gated/guarded seaside complex Villages Of Seaport Cape Canaveral Florida. This Town Home is the first row to the ocean and under a minute stroll to the wonderful private beach, oceanside pool, tennis/racketball courts, gym, and clubhouse. The complex also includes a Lap pool and a family pool with an adjacent kiddie pool. All of the pools have washrooms and shower facilities.
Nicely furnished and professionally decorated we have everything you require to have a fabulous vacation at the beach!
The townhome sleeps, four people.
The master suite includes a king-sized bedroom set with dresser and end tables, en suite bath with tub and shower combo, 30-inch flat-screen T.V, hardwood floors, ceiling fan, blackout curtains, and vaulted ceilings. The second bedroom includes a double and single bed, en suite bath, 30-inch flat-screen T.V, ceiling fan, and vaulted ceilings. Both suites are located on the second floor of the condo and provide a peaceful and private sanctuary ideal for those requiring an earlier bedtime or just wanting to relax and watch T.V.
The main floor includes porcelain tile, a beautifully furnished living room with newly purchased leather furniture, a 50-inch flat-screen T.V, a Sony stereo with a docking station, and reading lamps. We have a separate dining room that seats four to six people comfortably. Enjoy gas grilling on the patio and peaceful evenings in the Sunroom which offers lovely tropical garden views.
The main floor also features a front loading washer/dryer and an additional powder room. The condo is exceptionally soundproof and is a concrete constructed building.
The condo also features central air conditioning with a digital thermostat and humidity control, high-speed wireless internet, an upgraded Spectrum digital T.V package, free long-distance calling to Canada, Puerto Rico, and within the US.
We also supply all linens, bath and beach towels, a beach umbrella, beach cooler, beach chairs, ice packs, and tennis rackets.
The Villages Of Seaport is a meticulously groomed safe and friendly complex with more amenities than any other complex in the area!
We fell in love with the complex the first time we drove through the front gate!
The grounds are lush and perfectly groomed. It reminded us of the beautiful resorts in the Caribbean. We were also thrilled that the Town Home was so close to the Ocean side pool and private beach access. It's so easy to pop back to the house from the beach and back.
Why Kids Love It
Our beach area is perfect for kids! The water is very shallow for quite a ways out into the ocean and the bottom is flat packed sand. It's also fun to alternate between the Oceanside pool and the beach. My kids are always active and I've never heard them say they're bored!
The condo is located on Seaport Blvd directly across from the tennis and racket ball courts.
We are located 45 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and approximately one hour from Disney and Universal.
The condo is a five minute drive from Cocoa Beach and all it's attractions.
The Port and the cruise Terminals are 2km away.
Attractions Within Walking Distance
Jetty Park and Pier are a five minute walk on the beach. The pier is wonderful for fishing or just watching dolphins, manatees and sea turtles!

WE ACCEPT BOOKINGS THAT ARE FOR SEVEN NIGHTS OR MORE HOWEVER WE ARE OBLIGATED TO HAVE TENANTS SIGN A MINIMUM 30 DAY LEASE REGARDLESS OF LENGTH OF STAY TO ADHERE TO THE BYLAW THAT STATES ONE MONTH MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD. WE WILL ONLY BOOK ONE TENANT PER A MONTH TO ADHERE TO THE ORDINANCE.
ALL UTILITIES ARE COVERED UP TO $130 PER MONTH ANY OVERAGE WILL BE PAID BY THE TENANT.
UPON BOOKING A STANDARD LEASE AGREEMENT AND REGISTRATION FORM WILL BE EMAILED. A GATE CODE WILL BE ISSUED BY THE VILLAGES OF SEAPORT CONDO CORPORATION. WE WILL ISSUE TENANTS A FRONT DOOR CODE FOR THE UNIT.
